Actually a XML-T6 LED with 910-975 lumens, but still AWESOME lights and a great VALUE!!
What the description doesn’t tell you is that these lights are using a XML-T6 Cree LED. The T6 cannot output more than 910-975 lumens. It’s useful to know that there are an abundance of cheaply made flashlights in today’s marketplace. The internet is full of them. Many of these lights feature a XM-L T6 LED, the T6 bin is limited to slightly less than 1000 lumens as previously stated. The consumer should be aware of the blatant inaccuracy of the description and that these lights even combined cannot produce 3000 lumens. (If it wasn’t for that this would easily be a 5-Star review.)That said, this is an AMAZING light for the price, you get not 1, but 2 flashlights, a set of batteries and a charger. Two batteries and a charger alone will run you $10-$15. So its like the flashlights are free. Additionally this has quickly become one of my favorite lights. It is light weight, small and compact enough to fit easily in your pocket and produces more than enough light for most situations. For these reasons, I use this light most frequently. It is my nightly carry on evening dog walks. I have many lights with the same bin LED along with lights that produce 2-3 times the lumens with more advanced LEDs, but with more light output comes more energy consumption and the need for larger batteries or multiple batteries, thus adding weight and bulk. That is why even thought the products description is inaccurate in regard to the lumen output, I personally HIGHLY RECOMMEND this flashlight combo, it is a GREAT VALUE and will soon become your “GO TO” light for most situations.(Also it has memory so when you turn it off, it goes back to the mode it was previously on, in other words, you do not have to cycle the light every time you turn it off then on again to return to your previous mode.)

Good for money. Inaccurate true light output.
Good for the money. 3000 lumen perhaps when zoomed in. Zoomed out 800-1000 lumen.
