Free carrying bag came to me frayed and ripped. Very disappointed in that, as I needed the carrying bag with this thing. Also, I ordered pink and got black. Don't like that either. However, the product itself works for what I need it for. So far.

This is definitely a 5 star foam roller. I've tried several before and they just don't hit the spots as well as this one. Very dense and firm and does the job well. Everyone should have one of these as they releive back soreness effectively.
