MTL Killer Electric Shock High Voltage Repeller Zapper Pest Control (UK Plug)

I ordered one of these to deal with an unwelcome visitor in our kitchen. I was dubious about whether it would work but I heard poison is bad for the environment so thought I'd give it a try. I used a bit of chocolate (not the good stuff, obviously) and peanut butter to bait it. The power cable was a little on the short side so we had to use an extension cable to put it where we needed it. I could have bought batteries I suppose but that would involve being organised. I think it took about a week for the desired result but we did change its location at one point. The image of that lifeless tail will definitely stay with me but as the body was still in the trap, I didn't have to look at it as I said good riddance. I didn't even vomit.Unfortunately on that fateful night, the b*stard decided its last hurrah would be to chew a hole in my dishwasher hose. It definitely resolved any lingering feelings of guilt I may have had.In summary, this product did exactly what we bought it for and I hope that I never need to use it again.

Disliked the fact entered trap. Left evidence of being there. Trap did not trigger.

This is a brilliant buy. No mess or smell. Put a bit of chocolate in it and hey presto, dead mouse. Very easy to dispose of, just tip it into the bin give it a quick clean and off you go. Got rid of all pellets and stupid little things. Well worth the money.

It did not catch any mouse, I used to have one, that kill all the mice. But, this one I had to pay for a pest control after many days.

Delivered yesterday; peanut butter deployed; dead mouse in the morning. Enough said? Mouse disposed of, no blood or gore, didn't even have to touch it. Now reset and awaiting the next little critter.I don't get how this trap could be anything less than humane, the shock given to the rodent is going to kill it instantly.

The item is not the same as pictured on the advert. Completely different make and design. Not happy with the customer service too. Very slow, not responsive. Not happy at all

For a relatively expensive item is pretty useless. Any hint of damp and it shuts down and have not caught a thing.Also a bit heavy on batteries.Standard humane ttraps are proving more successful and relocation to the country easy..

Works well so far...took a while though but to date it has dispatched 5 furry unwanted.Not weather proof so if using outdoors it will need some coverage to protect it from rain.
