I bought one of these at a second-hand shop. Works very well on a PC. Volume is on the left side next to the cable. The mic is clear. I have read where mic is low or no audio. On a PC gain needs to be set at about 12 dB. On a console, mic setting may need to be tweaked and may need a Y connector. XBOX and PS will need to have mic adjustments made in settings.

the product completely does not work and there are no instructions on how to get it working properly. I bought this as a quick purchase and completely regret my decision

These are very cool looking, kinda robotic. I bought them for my son and he said they are “pretty cool”! I tried them out to hear the sound quality and it’s excellent. Well made, happy customer!

Poor audios, microphone is worthless and audio does not work at all on some laptops. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!

I bought this as a gift to my husband. The quality is pretty good, so far I don't hear any complaints from him. He told me it was easy to use.

Mic doesn't work at all after working for a month (On PC), no mute/volume control on the cord as advertised, no support or help. Not even able to send back now, very disappointed.
