Best durable nonstick at a great price.
I have 3 fry pans and one soup pot in circulon A1. These are absolutely the best nonstick cooking pans I have ever had. Very scratch resistant and nonstick even with little to occasionally no oil or fat in the pan. Handles are great. Price is completely reasonable for such good cookware. Cleans up very easily. I love 'em.

Durable, Reliable, and Great Nonstick Performance
This has been an excellent everyday frying pan and one that I reach for constantly. The first thing that stands out is how evenly it heats. It distributes heat well across the surface, which helps food cook consistently without hot spots. Once it heats up, it maintains temperature nicely, making it easier to control cooking compared to thinner pans. The nonstick surface performs very well. Food releases easily, and cleanup is quick and simple. I have not needed to soak it at all, even after regular use, which is a big benefit for a pan used this often. The overall construction feels solid and durable. The handle is comfortable and easy to control, even when the pan is full. With proper care, it has held up very well and still looks great despite frequent use. I do only use nonstick-safe utensils and hand wash it, and that has helped maintain the surface over time. What I like: Even heat distribution with consistent cooking Effective nonstick performance Very easy to clean Durable construction that holds up with regular use Comfortable, well-designed handle Great value for the quality Things to be aware of: Avoid metal utensils to protect the coating Hand washing helps maintain the nonstick surface Overall: This is a high-quality nonstick pan that performs reliably and holds up well over time when properly cared for. It is a great everyday piece that balances performance, durability, and value. I would definitely consider purchasing more from this line.

12” fry pan review (long term)
I originally ordered the 10” pan and it arrived with one side dented badly. I returned it and then ordered the 12” pan because the 10” one was quite small inside. I’ve had the 12” pan now about a year and a half (possibly longer). It’s without a doubt the best non stick pan I’ve ever owned. I use the pan multiple times a week and the inside of the pan looks no different than when I bought it. It has no chips, scrapes, burned through areas or anything. I do only use silicone or wooden utensils with it and it’s always hand washed and dried. The handle is also in the same condition as new. I’ve used pans from T-Fal, KitchenAid, Calphalon, Cuisinart and various brands you’ll find at the big discount stores. I’d say none even come close to this when considering the non stick aspect. Generally not much will stick, but of course things will a little no matter what you’re using. But the clean up on this Circulon pan is great. Usually anything will just wash out and at most I’ll soak it on the stove top with some soap and water after things like messy burgers with some cheese. I’ve never once had a tough time cleaning the pan. Honestly they way I normally go through a “nonstick” pan I’m shocked just how good this coating is. It really does look like it did when it was new. So the only real knock I have on this pan is the outside, or at least the sides. The paint they use it either pretty thin or just not very durable. As I said I always hand washed and the pan is basically put away in a cupboard immediately after. I take good care not to bang them around and while they’re not dented, the paint on the outside has quite a lot of scuffing. Idk if that’s just from some knocking around in the sink or what but it’s not the best. This issue started pretty early on and just gradually increased. The bottom where it’s all metal is fine other than usual discoloration from the flat top stove which you’d expect. So if they had a better paint or powder coating (not sure which is used here) this would be a 10 star pan. With that issue said it’s still beyond a 5 star pan for me just because of the phenomenal performance and life span I’m getting out of it. So this is my personal review and opinions on this pan having owned and used it for a long time now. As a side note I also have one of the pots of the same series in the 3qt variety and I’m experiencing the same results on nonstick with that, but the outside still looks great likely because it’s smaller to handle and I usually wash, dry and store on the back of the stove.

Highly recommended
This wok is fantastic! It’s truly non-stick — I can cook with very little oil, which makes my meals much healthier. Fried rice comes out especially great in this pan — evenly cooked, nothing sticks, and cleanup is super easy. I previously had a smaller pan from the same brand and really liked it, but since my family is larger, I needed a bigger wok like this. It’s perfect for cooking larger portions, especially for dishes like fried rice. This is exactly what I was looking for — great quality and very practical. Definitely worth it!

Love this large non-stick Sauté Pan
I've had this large Sauté pan for a few months now and have had absolutely no issue with it. This is my go-to pan for most of my cooking and use it for 90+ percent of my cooking. It cleans up very easily both inside & out. I do only handwash this pan mainly because it is easy to hand wash and since it is large it would take up a lot of room in the dishwasher. I have put the lid in the dishwasher and it does just fine. I haven't used any metal utensils. I have older Circulon non-stick pans and this one is very different on the inside. The interior non-stick surface is 'rough' instead of smooth and looks like it is bulletproof. The extra thick base is flat and sits well on my glass cooktop. I appreciate the insulated handles. The lid is tight fitting. As with any non-stick pan I don't put extreme heat to it, but it will still sear a pork chop, steak or chicken breast just fine. The highest setting on my glass cooktop that I will use is 6 (out of 10), but even at 5 it still sears well. I have not put it in the oven although it says I can. I also like that it is induction-ready in case I bite the bullet and get a new cooktop at some point. I did a lot of research when I went looking for a new Sauté pan and I'm very happy with this one.

Best pots and pans on the market
Love these pots and pans. The only brand I found that customer reviews didn’t say the handles get hot to the touch. The anodized aluminum black color on the inside and gray exterior look great. The no stick surface lives up to its reputation. However, the ridges on the bottom make a loud noise when making scrambled eggs and it drives my wife crazy ( the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Any residue left in the pan wipes out easily with a paper towel before washing by hand with a sponge. We haven’t tried the dish washer yet. I recommend buying the largest pan for stir frying (sold separately ), as the largest frying pan in the set is not large enough. The pans are made of thick durable anodized aluminum and they rate a 10 when tested for compatibility on our new induction stove. The pans heat evenly and quickly which is more a function of the stove. Bacon browns evenly from end to end at low heat setting. Water boils quickly at highest setting and slow boils when the heat setting is turned down to 4. The lids that come with the set have a unique strainer pattern at opposite ends of the lids (except the largest fry pan lid) so there is no need for a colander. The handles don’t get hot on the lids or pan due to the silicone construction and the handles are solidly attached to the pans so I don’t expect them to loosen over time which several other brand reviews complained about. We steam our vegetables but I couldn’t find an steamer insert that fits the large sauce pan anywhere online. I tried one made by Caraway but it was too large. Circulon should offer one that fits. Great value for the money and easy to use.

Very high quality. Best ever!
Very high quality pan. It's heavy duty for sure. Pouring spaghetti sauce out of the pan doesn't run down the sides of the pan because it has a rounded lip. Handles for the pan and lid are covered by silicone, so no worry about getting burned. It cleans up very easily. If a pan has rivets on the inside surface of the pan, like this one does, it's hard to remove the eggs around the rivets. This pan doesn't have that problem. Eggs don't get stuck under the edges of the rivets!! If it's on sale, definitely buy it. Two thumbs up...way up.

Capable Induction Frying Pan at a reasonable pricepoint.
Okay, I ordered two frying pans; this one (Circulon A1) and a Faberware Induction Frying Pan. Both in the 12 inch variants. The first test I always run is to verify they are actually induction! Yes, I've bought pans in the past that said they were induction, but weren't! So a mug of water in each, turning up the element to boost. Both pans passed the first test handsomely. Neither is expensive but the Faberware is almost half the price of the Circulon. However, the Circulon is much better at distributing heat from the induction element. On an 8 inch element, the boil pattern quickly covered most of the base, whereas with the Faberware you get near-instant heat but the boil pattern matches to the induction coils. In other words, for most uses the Circulon is clearly the better frying/saute pan. The second test is to look for doming of the frying pan in normal usage. The Circulon was decent - a small amount of doming but keep in mind I was running it at 5000W for about 5 minutes, and it regained its shape on cooling. I have not tried this on the Faberware because, from experience, I know this test can damage pans with poor or mediocre heat distribution. The handle of the Circulon is rubber - whether it proves durable, only time will tell. Likewise the quality of the non-stick surface. I'll report back in a few months on it's non-stick properties and endurance. The Faberware has an all metal handle which remains cool in normal usage. Of the two, the Faberware is the one to stick in the oven. The Faberware obviously lacks the heat distribution qualities of the Circulon, but to be fair it's a lighter pan, which may suit people more used to aluminum-only pans, or perhaps older people who would struggle with a heavy pan. Both of these frying pans together weigh less than my 12 inch Demeyere saute pan but we're talking a whole other price bracket! I cook every day, everything from classic French to Indonesian, Turkish to Moroccan, Malaysian to VIetnamese. So these pans get a workout. No induction pan I've tried, at any price point, is suitable for wok cooking (I have a water cooled wok burner for that). However, that aside, the Circulon A1 has handled everything I've needed it to do. So on average I expect a cheap frying pan to last around one year, maybe two. That's what I expect from these pans, but I'll report back if they fail to make the grade. Of the two, however, the Circulon is my clear favorite (though I'm keeping both). I have bought expensive frying pans in the past, at exorbitant prices, but the non-stick failed regardless. I don't like getting black chips of non-stick in my food. Overall, it's my experience that buying cheap(ish) induction pans makes sense from a purely financial perspective, but obviously that is somewhat subjective.

Really good quality non stick pan.
Main set of cookware is stainless steal Zwlling from Germany which I bought perhaps 15 years ago. Expensive at the time but well worth it. I love the set and when not needing not stick properties, these pans are the bomb. However, for nonstick, I swap out/replace pots and pans from time to time as they deteriorate. I have previously bought Jamie Oliver’s Tefal products. While the pots hold up ok, the fry pans keep getting trashed pretty quickly. I tried this Circulon pan to try to stop the cycle. Been using it for perhaps 4 or 5 months now and it seems to be holding up very well. I now plan and swapping out the Tefal products with Circulon going going forward.
