Very simple text with great photos. It would be a nice book to leave out in the classroom for children to look at, especially if the classroom is studying this. I'd recommend it for PreK through 1st, but it is more suited for PreK & K.

Great book for Kinders and Firsties!

I used this in my ESL preschool class and the students were able to understand a lot. I read it throughout the month, and by the end of the month, my 4 year old students were experts.

I purchased this book to use with my winter animals unit. The text and pictures were great for my first graders. I will be looking for more in this series to accompany other units.

This thin paperback book has excellent illustrations to keep the interest of the young reader. The text is simple and direct. It is perfect for kindergarten/first grade.
