These massage cups are amazing and they have multiple uses. Amazing pain management tool. I received these cups from a friend as a Christmas gift because I am so much into cupping. I had severe shoulder pain due to muscle tightness. I work at the office and I sit at my desk all day so my shoulders and neck tend to hurt a lot. I used both the medium and large size cups and parked them on the hurting area for fifteen minutes every evening. It helped increase blood circulation to the area. Though it left red bruises the bruises didn't hurt and they disappear within a few days. I felt major relief after doing this for a few days. There was a big difference. The pain reduced drastically and my muscles were more relaxed. This saves me a lot of money, about 100 dollars per session, going to an acupuncture clinic or massage therapist.
