I don't right many reviews like I should, but I felt the need to on this one. Tami Tami customer service is AMAZING!!!! It was all done via email, but their response time was within a day, and when they responded, it wasn't just with a yes or no reply. They were very detailed in answering my questions and offering to help in any way!! I could have purchased a different / similar brand of adjustable frame, but chose to pay the $30 or so each for shipping, even with Prime, due to their customer service!! As for the frames. They arrived earlier than expected!!! They were packaged VERY WELL!! The order was correct ( 2 Twin XL) frames for a split king setup. They were very easy to setup, very good quality from what I can tell. This is my first adjustable frames ever. The ONLY issue I had was that one of the frame's massage motors weren't working. The foot massager worked, but the head massager did not. After flipping over the frame to do basic troubleshooting, I discovered that during assembly at the factory, someone zip tied the front massage wire way too tightly which caused it to come unplugged. THANKFULLY.... an easy fix!!! My wife and I have been using the frames for a few weeks to a month now, and so far so good!! No issues! Frames are very sturdy, no noise, and work perfectly!!! The massage feature is nice, and we really like the under lighting!!! If i could give feedback to the company on things to improve, I would HIGHLY suggest that they include one, or possibly 2 brackets on either side to hold the mattress in place, just like the one they supply at the foot of the frame. This would be HUGE, especially for split king setups like mine. The only other suggestion would be to have a button to illuminate the remote control buttons, without having to activate a feature just to find what your looking for in the dark on the remote. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this bed frame from Tami!!! For the price, you wont go wrong!!

First off I will say this frame weighs 122 pounds. So if you have bedrooms that are upstairs it can be a workout to get it up there. Now the good part. This a a fantastic affordable adjustable bed frame. We unboxed it and muscled it into my son’s room. Everything is all assembled but the legs. That took about 10 minutes to do. Then we turned it over and plugged it in. Put batteries in the remote and Wow!! What a gem. It has lighting underneath, it has 3 levels of vibration which my son says is one of his favorite aspects of the frame. It also has usb for phone charging. It has two pockets that you Velcro one on each side. It can hold the remote and a phone. The head can go all the way to a sitting position. The legs can also be lifted up. It is very durable and should last a long time. , His mattress pairs very nicely with it and makes the perfect comfortable sleeping experience. This is definitely a great value for the money. I am going to be purchasing another one for my daughter in the near future. I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why did I buy a bed with massage? Now I can't get enough of it and I have to have it to go to sleep 😴. Seriously this is the best purchase decision I've made in a long time. I really don't need it to go to sleep but man does it feel nice. It's not a kneeding massage like at the parlor. It's a whole body vibration that relaxes your weary body and just feels good. Too bad it's on a timer because I'd leave it on indefinitely. The Zero Gravity feature is great too. And honestly I thought I'd use the reading mode or the head end up TV mode but for me it feels uncomfortable after about 30min. My wife on the other hand now leaves her side permanently up a few inches. She says it helps her sleep better...Ok whatever? This Tami Tami Adjustable Bed Frame is well built and very easy for one person to put together. Two people makes it a breeze in less than 30min. It feels very solid with no squeaks or rattles. Compared to our old fashioned wooden bedframe this is a space aged nother level! And the ambient lighting is not just cool cause it makes the bed look like it's floating. It's functional as a gentle night light if you want lighting in the evening hours when turning on the main overhead light isn't necessary. Like coming home after work at night and stumbling around in the dark stubbing your toe or blaring the main bedroom light to wake up your wife. The controller also doubles as an actual flashlight. Why we waited so long to upgrade to a new bed and and frame is beyond me? But I couldn't be happier.

I ordered this adjustable base for postOp recovery and it has made an amazing difference in my getting in and out of bed. It is so smooth, quiet and easy to use. I love what I call my night light under the bed. My feet swelling has decreased with the feet elevation. This base is very stable and solid and has all the expensive details without the expensive price. When I push off the bed it does not move. The charging port is very convenient also. This base has been a God sent for me. There are 3 leg lengths and the middle one is perfect for my height. My son set it up and said it was easy for him. This is the best and most useful product I have bought in years. I have told all my friends and family and they plan to buy one also. Thank you for my TamiTami 600 adjustable base.

Great value adjustable bed with solid performance. The frame is sturdy, quiet, and the head/foot adjustments work smoothly. However, after some basic troubleshooting (disconnecting and reconnecting components), everything is now working perfectly again. Once I reached the support team, they were helpful and responsive, even with the time difference. Overall, this is a great value. Just be aware you may need to do a little troubleshooting if something comes up, but the product and support both came through. Would definitely recommend.

Great Bed Frame! I have ordered adjustable beds in the past and in this price range. This design is superior to a previous bed frame I had that kept breaking. This design uses a linear actuator with a roller on the end to lift the bed sections. I expect that this will last much longer and if it should ever fail, it could be easily repaired. The bed has a Sync mode that allows both sides to operate with one remote and move together. Why would you want this vs a regular King bed frame? Well you have two linear actuators doing the work. Even if you aren't going to get a split mattress, use this frame. I think it would be stronger. I used the split mattresses and got 12" medium soft memory foam. I suspect really thick mattresses will have difficulty conforming to the bends. Even with the 12" think mattress, if you aren't in the bed it will "float up" and not bend, which is understandable. When you are in the bed it bends find and works well. Features: - Underlighting - The underlighting is bright and functional to light up the floor when you get out of bed. - Remote control - The remote feels a little "light weight" so I ordered a couple extra (available on Amazon) to ensure I could use this bed for years to come. - USB ports - These are available and under the bed. I have ports in my night stand that are more accessible, but these would be handy for anyone that doesn't. I'm sure that they function well. - Massage - There are three levels for head and three for feet. The massage feature was not my main reason for buying this, but it should have been! I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. When the head and legs are raised and the massage is on, this bed really feels amazing. The vibrations are about as strong as you can make them without being a noise nuisance to others in the house. It really does help after a long day. - Memory presets - In addition to "TV", "Zero G" and "Flat" buttons, there are memory buttons that are programmable for you favorite positions. - Zero G position - There is a single Zero G button that will raise the head and feet. For me it was almost perfectly where I would like it. My perfect position was a slightly lower head, but I can program that as a memory preset. Assembly was VERY easy. Remove it from the box, screw the legs on and connect the power plug, That is all. And the legs are sectioned so you can make the bed different heights which is a nice touch. I didn't try to take the leg pieces apart since I wanted the height for under storage, but they seemed REALLY tightly put together. I think it might take a bit of force to get them apart.

These are incredible for the price. Motors are quite, a large range of motion , lights under the beds , massaging you can actually feel. The list goes on. The wife and I got the split kings. So we would each have motion and its been great. I liked them so much or should I say my son liked it so much he wanted to me to order him one so we did. It feels super sturdy. You arent moving this bed because of the rubber gripped feet on it. It does come with plastic pucks for floor protection if you want to use those. Im 6'1" 260 pounds so I'm heavier dude and this thing moves with ease with me on it. The two twin Xls is the same as one king so it fits me great. A six foot six person could sleep on this no problem.
