Great book
These books are straight to the point no jargon or degree needed to understand. This book and the one on bodyweight have been a great eye opener for me. After an injury in my shoulder from resistance training and my joints feeling stiff at 52. I decided to concentrate on mobility and bodyweight. Now I can create my own workouts and move better before going back on the weights.

I like the format of these books.
Information about stretching without overwhelming information, then, several routines to follow with explanations of the choices of stretches, then a guide on how to set up your own routine based on your needs. There are blank exercise cards to fill in, a full body workout routine and a 2 day split which is interesting.The second half of this stretching book is filled with exercise choices for each body part with clear descriptions and pictures.All in all a great book for those who are looking to learn more about stretching and flexibility with actionable information.

Great guide for stretching!
Great guide for stretching, especially for beginners. The book is set up to offer full stretching routines and target full body workouts and also some that target the "usual suspect" problem areas like lower back, neck and shoulders. Useful for people who simply want to use stretching for exercise, but also for those who want to add stretching exercises to their existing training.Written in layman's terms in a friendly straightforward manner, thumbs up from me.

Good book with good ideas to you in good shape and keep you moving

Really good knowledge
Really good, knowledgeable book! The range of motion and stretching really helped me move past some aches and pains, and its only been a few sessions since release! I really struggle with my wrists and shoulders and this has helped ease the tensions.Really useful illustrations and instructions. Great read for new entrants to the fitness world.

Another great book
I for one have always struggled to either want to stretch after or before a workout, or just couldn't fit it in. This book offers you some really good technics on stretching. I have found stretching to be important along with my weightlifting. With James book I have decreased the DOMS I get.Highly recommended.
