Absolute amazing aid in recovering eye strain and mitigating interference with the circadian rhythm. However, it is certainly not the only thing you need to do to recover from and mitigate eye strain effect and dim the effect of blue light on your circadian rhythm. So I use these glasses for a few things 1. recovering from eye strain and 2 not affecting my circadian rhythm before I go to bed. And a little backstory: I was testing hyper focus on tasks for a very long time without looking a away from my screen, and it ended up with me having pretty bad eye strain on and off for weeks (it did not help with my terrible recovery techniques which eventually got better). My symptoms included my eyes going everywhere are not being able to focus on one thing for a long amount of time, a little bit of copnstant nausea, I get neck aches and shoulder aches and all of this is resorting for my eyes and head just feeling awful, and too i would experience minor dissassociation and detachement. There was a feeling like my eyes were just like really hot and wanting to generate more tears. The way I found to mitigate these symptoms and actually start recovering from eye strain while continuing to work is by buying these glasses and by implementing a couple of techniques I found online along with walks after every single meal and getting exposure to morning sun. The techniques were the pomodro rhythm which is every about 20 minutes look at something about 30 feet away and I would combine this with doing comfortable eye rotations. What do the glasses do for eye strain? It makes the burning sensation mitigate and pretty much go away which is amazing. Does it solve eye strain? Absolutely not I believe my behavior on the outside the walks and the techniques that I implemented were 10 times more effective and the core of recovery, but nonetheless a very useful tool for comfort So if you combine having more exposure to sun in the morning walking after every meal and implementing those techniques and by buying these glasses I believe you have a very high chance of recovering efficiently while you're still working. And for the circadian rhythm I do aim to have two hours of no Screen Time and a physical book before bed sometimes it's one hour, and my sleep is tremendous. If you're interested in tracking your sleep deeply I recommend getting oura ring the thing is fantastic.

These are great and really do help with eye strain, can game for hours and not get headache or eye strain. But the amber is definitely noticeable and takes away from the graphics on what you’re watching/playing.

They actually work, but don’t expect magic. Do their job as described, just not as impressive as some reviews make it sound.

Love these glasses. They are light and give your eyes a rest and they are so stylish. I chose the amber lens, perfect for indoor and outdoor.

Eyes feel rested when using these for watching TV or computer work. I also use them in my car for the bright LED headlights hurting my eyes at night.

Too vertically narrow.: Very limited vertical lens coverage size for gaming. These are small and maybe great for a child gamer. I’m not sure what other kind of gamer would want narrow lens. As soon as I look up or down I no longer have coverage. And the thick frames don’t help. They do have a stylish appearance but that’s not why I bought them. The lens are great quality and if they had only expanded them vertically they would be more useful. More lens please.

Gran producto, paso horas en mi compu y fue un parteaguas un antes y despues de tenerlos la verdad son muy comodos y ayudan enormemente al contraste, ya no me cansa tanto la vista ni me lloran los ojos, para diseño gráfico sugiero los mas claros ya que si necesitas ver colores pantone, o perfiles de colores específicos me los tengo que quitar para cuadrar los colores pero para programar y todo lo demas no me los quito y me se ven muy modernos

Easy to use and great for gaming

Fantastic. I got a pair of Gunnar optiks 10 years ago and they were more comfortable than any of the 30-50$ ones. Works for female face too. Not exactly stylish but fine for at home wear. And this one definitely beats the $40-60 ones. The lens is crystal clear, it's lighter and the curve means it's not so tight to my head. Worth it

Yo tengo problema de ojo seco y me lastima cualquier luz, son excelentes para uso nocturno o de oficina Los uso incluso para manejar en carretera que los autos tienen la luz muy intensa , de igual manera los uso para el mercado o yo que estoy expuesto a muchos monitores son muy Buenos Pero solo e noche no quieras usarlos en el día con el sol por qué te lastimaran

Especially useful for using computer/tablet at night without external lights.
