Great for bruising and gentle on my stomach!
My hematologist recommended bromelain to help reduce bruising, and this product has worked really well for me. I take just one capsule a day (even though the label allows for more), and I’ve noticed a real difference. I also have GERD, and I was relieved that these don’t cause any burping or unpleasant aftertaste — they’re very gentle. Definitely worth the price for a high-quality supplement. I’ll be reordering!

It's working to strengthen me
