These are great for close flood lights. They are not spot-lights. They light up the 20 feet in front of your car. LED is super efficient and don't get hot, and last a lifetime.

these lights are very bright and fit great in my 4" fog light holes in my iron cross bumper. seem to be well constructed. havent had them very long so I cant say how long they last. but for the price you cant beat them. VERY BRIGHT..

One of two lights didnt light up properly. Started a return, went to reorder because my setup is set back into a brush gaurd which was made to the dimensions of these lights. Lights were suddenly unavailable. Now my project is days behind and my setup needs modified

These lights work well but the screws that came with them were very small and would not fit my light mount

I used these mounted on the bush bar of an ATV. They have been working flawlessly so far and have dramatically helped especially in foggy conditions. Recommended for a cheap and easy addition to existing lighting.

I order 2 pairs of the 3" round flood lights and 1 pair of the 3" round spot lights to mount down low in the front on a motorhome so 6 lights in total. 3" diameter lights was as big as what would fit in the space I had. I've set it up as 2 floods and 1 spot light per side of the front (3 lights per side). I used 3 switches so I have good control of the lights. The lights were inexpensive enough that I could buy six mainly for appearance to nicely fill the available space. I see the price has gone up a bit since I ordered them. The flood lights illuminate a wide area and will be useful in situations where I need to see off to either side such as when turning onto a side road or on dark country roads. The lights aren't super crazy bright as front lights so I'll feel comfortable using them. Two floods will likely be on at all times angled down like fog lights. All six combined only draw 4 amps at 14V measured using a clamp on ammeter. The spot lights project a beam about as far highbeam does, it might be a bit more or less. A really good size area is illuminated when all six lights are on. It's probably more than twice as wide as what I'd see with just regular low beam.I suggest buying and using lock washers for the hex head bolts that attach the light to the bracket. The bolts included with the lights I got were metric M6 diameter thread. I used two lock washers per light instead of the included flat washers. They allow me to slightly adjust the light without needing tools. When I had the flat washers on the light would become loose in the bracket if I adjusted it too much. I also used a nylon insert lock nut on the bolt that holds the bracket onto the vehicle. Again that was M6 size. I like the lights enough that I ordered another pair of flood lights to use as backup/reverse lights. They're plenty bright for that purpose.
