Silentnight Pocket Essentials 1000 Memory Mattress | Medium | Super King

Just bought so I don’t know if in few months it will be different but so far it really improved my sleep quality

This is a 2nd purchase of this mattress ordered the double a few years ago and is lasting well, so bought our 11 year old one it's thick and sturdy and comfy to lie on you can't feel any lumps or springs, arrived earlier than expected which is good and arrived In pristine condition delivery driver was friendly

The mattress is fine but not the delivery! 2 guys came early in the morning, they were supposed to carry it to the bedroom upstairs but came in the porch and knocked down my vase / ornaments! Water splashed went every where on the floor with the flowers. I just told them to go and don't bother moving it upstairs! The plastic bag that covered the mattress was torn! One of the guy moaned and said why it's not rolled up in the box which will make it easier for them to deliver it. How can you rolled up with 1000 springs inside the mattress, unlike others has half the amount of springs or fully memory foam!

Never ordered an item so big through Amazon but very happy with the process. The mattress was a great price, the delivery notifications were perfect and item delivered with no issues. Very happy with everything.

Waking up more fresher and feeling like I've slept well. I won't make the mistake again as I did before this mattress, purchasing a brand that isn't well known. Very happy with my purchase and great service from Amazon delivering it. As always, thank you!

I originally purchased this mattress in April 2021. When it arrived it looked a little off shape but thought it would settle after use. This didn't happen and it only got worse as time went by. It looked as though the top part of the mattress was not attached properly and was slipping off leaving springs exposed at one side. I contacted Amazon after a few months and they replaced the mattress with no fuss. This is where it gets worse! They sent what was supposed to be the exact same mattress. This could not be further from the truth. It's got the same labeling and name but the new one is just floppy! The original one I had was nice and firm and other than the manufacturer defect would have been fine. I've tried to get used to it but it's too soft and for what is supposed to be a 1000 pocket sprung mattress feels more like a traditional spring open coil mattress. I'm so disappointed I've always bought silent night mattresses but after this think I will be looking for a different brand. I will be contacting silent night directly to have them come and review the mattress as I don't think it's genuine.

Mattress is ok, comfy and a good price, however please be wary if being delivered by Arrow, they don't do stairs apparently, Double Mattress was left in the hallway of a disabled persons home with no way of getting it upstairs. If you get notified that Arrow are delivering your mattress, cancel the order or ask Amazon to change the courier immediately

Two friends have also purchased this mattress and they nare not disappointed.
