Not what I thought it was .
The product itself is ok, cuts well, but wasn't what I thought it was. I wanted a cutter that cut scalloped rectangles, but this cuts scalloped frames....I'll keep it as it might be ok for occasional use , and will read the description better next time!

Cuts beautifully. But is a frame!
It cuts so well! But bear in mind, it cuts a frame and not a border on a full piece. That worked out well for my project, but just be aware.
