Mortice Latch Lipped Strike Plate - Electro Brass Plated

Difficult to find anywhere that sells these as a separate item - they are normally only supplied as part of a set which includes door knobs etc. They seem to be of good quality and the holes lined up with the existing screw holes in my door frames. I did have to have to enlarge the slot on one of the plates (using a file) to ensure a good fit with the door latch but this was a simple matter. The items were exactly what I wanted for a sensible price with good delivery time

Very good utility item, looks just like it does in the picture and seems solid.Screws were good as well, unlike some of the flat pack fixings you get in cheap items at high street diy stores.
