Team Brass: Trombone/Euphonium (Bass Clef)

My son just started playing euphonium and literally within 10 minutes was playing the beginner tunes very well.

Recommended by his school, my son uses this book in his lessons. Prompt delivery too.

Nice music to play along with but all the key signatures are flats I play in an amateur orchestra with my Tuba and there are lots of sharp keys in the music we are given so as this book has neither the sharp scales or the slide positions for notes with a sharp sign, it is rather lacking. I know I can work them out but why no scales or tunes in the key of G-D A and so on?? I last played trombone in the school orchestra some 70 years ago so a few hints would have been nice!David
