this overhead arm is great for overhead macro shots etc, well desingned ease of use, I used a Nikon D500 BIT chunky, bit it managed it ok no wobble, on a middle sized Smallrig tripod. very good value, 10/10 every day

Perfect for my use case to mount my action camera or a spotlight to the arm coming off my tripod. Very sturdy and doesn’t sag even when extended to full length. Strong and Stable even in windy conditions, and doesn’t weight a lot to carry around. End comes with a 1/4inch screw to extremely versatile to connect to most devices/accessories. Although I don’t use it for this function, having the ball head end also helps if you are recording yourself over a table for videos.

I didn't quite know what to expect, so I took a chance and was to say the least very impressed with what turned up. It was well packaged in a custom sturdy cardboard box and the arm itself is strong and really well made. I had carefully checked the width of my wind up tripod extension with callipers, so as expected the clamp fitted perfectly with a nice rubber grip built in. Once clamped on it just becomes a solid extension, although fully extended you may get a small bit of movement due to leverage if pushed down. It comes with adaptors for those that don't use the universal quarter inch screw and there is a ball joint at the end, although I was unable to tilt my phone upwards past 90 degrees due design of the gimble, which is not a problem for normal use. So if you want a tripod extension for copying documents or any other activity that requires the phone or camera to be away from the tripod then this is about as good as it gets. In fact I have set mine up so the phone is on the end of the extension and LED video lighting with reflector brolly sits on the actual tripod head, making a portable mini studio with soft lighting.

Very well built, and sturdy. However please check your mounting requirements, I wanted to mount this to a duronic pole as thats what my monitors are on, and every metric told me it would fix, but the pole was about 1mm to thick.

I have a couple of these in use. They’re a versatile piece of kit that is made well and solid once adjusted. I use this one for an overhead view in my home office set up, and it remains solid and wobble free in use.

Love it really good for my phone and camera

Excellent adjustable arm for camera and lights when giving web seminars. I use mine for a webcam and light, so the weight barely registers. Clamp to vertical stand is easy to adjust and stays put. Recommended.

Did a pretty good job at mounting my Dji Pocket 3 to get a nice overhead shot. I like that when it is retracted, it fits in my bag so it is great for travel.
