My husband says these are great batteries...and that's why I ordered 2 new batteries for him! The Harley brand battery lasted only 2 years. He tried Chrome Battery and those ChromePros lasted nearly 4 years. So when it came time for new batteries, he wanted the new ChromeNow battery. The battery came fully charged and securely packed: a styrofoam base and top protection and then in another box with air cushions. The box was properly labeled as containing a battery. Inside the inner box was the battery, connecting hardware, and instructions for using an app to monitor battery voltage and temperature. This is a sealed AGM battery, so no need to add acid, no spills, and no need to check water levels later. With the app, voltage and temperature can be easily checked. There's a metal tab to bolt cables to, not a lead block that can get stripped. Just don't let the tab get twisted when tightening cables. He's had no problems with fitment using their online selector. Other than that, his only suggestion is to get the 3-yr protection plan that may be offered for a few dollars. Cheap insurance against a dead cell that sometimes happens. He says you can't beat $90 for a guaranteed 3-yrs when it comes to a motorsport battery. Most motorcycle batteries have a 1-yr warranty, but Chrome Battery has a 2-yr warranty when you order from their website, and through Amazon a 3-yr protection may be available.

The battery was supposed to come fully charged but it was almost dead. I installed it and put my smart ATM charger on it. After a few minutes it gave a code for a dead or open cell - "internal open cell". I continued charging it for a little while and nothing. Also, the Bluetooth function didn't work, probably part of the defective battery. I applied for a refund and got it within 3 hours of getting the battery delivered. I will now look elsewhere for a motorcycle battery.

Installed easily, perfect fit for my 2004 Softail Heritage Classic. Installed battery app, and it provides all the info I need to keep tabs on my battery status. This is a really good product. Highly recommended. Been over a year now with the bike just sitting, and the battery is still holding it's nearly full charge. I'm happy, especially considering this is 1/3rd the price of an OEM Harley battery. Great deal...and bonus, the Bluetooth connects every time!

There was tons of batteries that I looked up for my motorcycle. The Bluetooth connection was a plus. You can monitor your battery life with the app. No more dead battery before that big ride. Also the cranking amps does the job. Starts right up.

So Far So Good. Fits 05 Fatboy perfect. Seems to have enough Cranking Amps to easily turn it over. Blutooth linked up Easily in the App showing the Voltage and Temp. Time will tell. Will Follow up if any Issues. I usually Average 2-3 years off a Motorcycle Battery, but also Mine always live on a Battery Tender. At Home, Work, and my Brothers Shop everything stays plugged in. Either Noco Genius Trickle Charger, or Optimus TechMate Desulphator/Charger/Tender... Usually average 6,000-8,000 miles per year....

I have used various batteries from this maker for about 10 years. This latest model does not disappoint! There's an app that monitors the battery health, so that makes it a little easier than the previous version that had the digital readout for some installations. I've gotten years of use from these batteries. Their 2-year warranty beats any other on the market. The only drawback I noticed with this latest version is that some batter covers won't match the top. A 2000 sportster battery cover has a bend that hits the top of the battery as shown in the image. This battery doesn't have a deep cut-out between the posts like older batteries.
