Milestones Baby's First Straw Cup, Blue, 1-Pack

I also like that the lid stays secure and the straw encourages proper oral development while making hydration more enjoyable. I'm giving it 4 stars because cleaning the straw and its components can take a bit of extra effort, and occasional leaks may occur if the cup is tossed around in a diaper bag. However, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall functionality and quality. Overall, this is a reliable training cup that supports the transition from bottles or sippy cups to straw drinking. I would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a practical and child-friendly option.

My son has been using this cup since he was 6 months old. It was the only cup that he could successfully use. We tried multiple kinds (munchkin 360 cup, traditional sippy cup, etc) and this was by far the best one. The weighted straw really helps him drink. The handles make it easy for him to hold on and I love that the lid open/closes for easy transport. Now that he's almost 13 months, we have again offered him multiple cups and sippy cups and this is still his go to. We've ordered 2 more so he has 4 now. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how complicated it is to clean. There are 2 silicon pieces that are very small but the cup comes with a teenie tiny straw cleaner (the smaller brush I've ever seen in my life LOL) but it's still the best sippy cup hands down. There was a small learning curve when he was first learning to drink from it but it took him maybe a day or two to figure it out. Couldn't recommend this cup more.

We love this sippy cup for its functionality, and it contains leaks pretty well. My baby got the hang of it very quickly. I'm taking off 2 stars for 2 separate reasons: Firstly, the printed measurements on the outside have quickly faded away with only a couple months of use, with exclusive handwashing. Secondly, the straw is a pain in the booty to clean. It comes apart into 2 segments, and the upper segment (where baby's mouth attaches) has a bunch of nooks and crannies that are quite tedious to clean, even using a tiny bottle brush. If you don't get in them thoroughly enough, mold grows. This is pretty annoying when you're having to clean this cup all the time. Other than that, we love this sippy cup and have 2. We will probably order another one to add to the rotation as my 12.5mo old gets older. I still recommend it even with the issues listed.

A simple, practical straw cup that helps babies learn, keeps spills to a minimum, and cleans up easily — exactly what you want during that transition stage.

I really like this cup for my baby. The handles are very comfortable and make it easy for my baby to hold independently, while the lid helps prevent spills. For the price, this is a great bottle to start your little one on before open cup drinking. There's only 2 issues that make it not a perfect product for me. 1. It has a tendency to get gunky/mold. The lid area has a lot of really small crevices that are hard to clean unless you have special tools. Even if you're just giving your kiddo water out of this cup, over time small food particles + spit from their mouth will get in and around this area and make it easier for it to get gross unless you're able to get something in there to scrub it. I wash mine daily and boil sanitize once a week and it's still really hard to get it completely clean, quickly at least. 2. There must be some kind of fault with the design that makes it a bit finicky with leaking SOMETIMES. Strangely, sometimes this water bottle leaks even when I've checked the tightness of the top and if all the parts are properly inserted/aligned. Even with everything seemingly in order, it will still very slightly leak. Not a huge problem for me since I only out water in this cup and it isn't usually a large/fast leak. It's just weird and annoying sometimes if the cup is in a bag or leaves a small puddle wherever you set it down

Good quality and feels sturdy. My baby likes using it, and it works well most of the time. The only downside is that the straw is a bit difficult to clean, and the exposed part of the straw tends to spill everywhere when my baby shakes it.

I have a 13 month old and I struggled trying to find a good sippy cup to help them transition from bottle to Sippy. I love Doctor Brown’s bottles. The weighted straw will move with the babies motion super easy to put together. It holds 9 ounces easy to clean. It also comes with a cleaning straw. We’ve had these cups since he was six months old Highly recommend I myself have purchased at least 10 of these

I did not receive what is advertised! The lid is also scratched. And looks cheap. I’m not convinced that this is an original DrBrowns bottle!!!! Feels like cheap plastic

Great for my toddler. Introduced it to my infant at 7months but found the suction of the straw too hard for him to actually get any water out. Put it away and brought it back out now that he's 11 months. Much easier for him to get liquids out. I didnt realize the straw could be taken apart, the clear part not the part attached to the blue weight, in order to properly clean it. Once you discover that feature it's a much better experience and easier to actually like this cup.

The product I received was full of scratches and a big crack was on the lid. Not sure if it was the original Dr Brown Sipper because it was in bad condition.
