Great first time straw
Great option for transitioning from a bottle to a straw. Easy to fill and easy for little hands to grip it. The top has a ‘lid’ to close off the straw. A little hard to open for my son when he started but quickly got the concept. Great durability, they take a lot of drops from the high chair with minimal leaking. Sometimes they will leak from the straw, not sure why.

Perfect first cup for baby
I have a lot of cups for my baby, including a very popular bear shaped cup. I’m trying to introduce water to my baby so trying to find the perfect cup for him. He is 11 months old. This Dr. Brown’s straw cup is the best cup. I’ve tried so far. I love that you can close the top so I can keep the straw clean when traveling. Even when the top is closed, it doesn’t bend the straw so much that it’s ruined the integrity of it. I love that it’s spill proof. I like the size of it and it has pretty good grip. I like the dark blue color. The only con I can think of is it’s really hard to clean the straw. Not sure if I am doing it incorrectly, but there are some kind of anti-leak anti-spill mechanism with the straw, which makes it very, very hard to clean other than that, this is my go to cup for my baby for when he drinks water. The price is totally worth it for this cup.

13 month old LOVES this cup.
This is the first sippy cup that I’ve been able to get my 14 month old to actually use. He carries it around with him everywhere and ACTUALLY drinks the water out of it. It’s not leak proof but he can’t just spill it out which works for us. If he shakes it hard enough it’ll drip. But we seriously tried every other cup. I did the research. Tried the 360 cup that everyone’s talking about. He just couldn’t figure any of them out. He LOVES this one. I already bought 2 more.

Perfect transition cup, easy for babies to hold
got this as a transition cup for my baby and it’s been working really well. The handles make it easy for little hands to hold, and the design helps the baby learn to drink more independently. I like that it doesn’t leak easily and feels well made. The straw system works smoothly and the baby was able to get used to it pretty quickly. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus for everyday use. I’ve been using it regularly and haven’t had any issues. Overall, a great option if you’re moving from bottles to a sippy or straw cup.

Twin Mom - honest review! Great for the price!
These Dr. Brown’s straw cups have been really helpful for transitioning my little ones from bottles to cups. The straw is soft and easy for them to use, and they picked up how to drink from it pretty quickly. The cups feel sturdy and well made, and the handles are perfect for little hands learning to hold their own cup. The lid seals well clicks back and forth to cover the straw. The only downside is that there are quite a few parts to clean, which can feel like a bit of a hassle. That said, it’s pretty typical for beginner straw cups since the extra pieces help with the straw function and spill prevention. Overall, these have been a great transition cup and a solid option for introducing straw drinking to babies or toddlers. 1 star off for all the pieces to clean. Standard folding wallet in photo for size comparison.

The Acrobatic Sippy Cup
If your child drinks water like they’re auditioning for Cirque du Soleil—upside down, sideways, hanging off the sofa—then this cup is about to become your new best friend. It’s basically the "Mission Impossible" of baby gear. The straw has a little weight at the bottom, which sounds simple until you see it in action. When your baby decides to lie flat on their back to hydrate, the weight swings to the top so they can actually keep drinking. No more "mom, it’s broken" screams just because they’re horizontal! The "Quirks" (Because nothing is perfect) • The Crank: When the weight travels to the top, the straw does a little "crank" move. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely got a personality of its own. • The Handle Rubik’s Cube: Warning: you have to align the lid exactly right with the handles to get it to screw on. It’s like a secret handshake between you and the cup. If you don't get it just right, it’s not closing. It’s a great way to test your patience at 6:00 AM! Also my 6 month old was able to hold it no issues. The "Mom Win" Features ✅ • Leak-Proof: I have watched this thing tumble, and it does not spill. It’s like Fort Knox for juice. • The Travel Shield: It has a lid that snaps shut over the straw. So, when it inevitably falls onto the floor of the car or a public play area, the straw stays clean. No "floor spice" in the water today! • Compact: It’s nice and small, fitting perfectly into the diaper bag without taking up the space of a small SUV. It’s a bit finicky to assemble and the straw is a little "extra," but for a spill-proof cup that works at any angle? I’ll solve the handle puzzle any day. It’s definitely worth the money. They are incredibly durable I’ve had ours for almost a year. Final Thought: Great for travel, great for tiny gymnasts, just be prepared for a 3-second struggle every time you put the lid on!

Good for a first straw cup
This is the best cup we found for our baby to learn to use a straw. Baby would not take bottles (bottle refusal) but we were able to teach them to use this cup around 6 months. Baby was able to hold it independently around 7 months so easy for on the go. We found them easy to clean. Mostly leak proof but the straw does flick a little liquid when you close it. When closed, it doesn’t leak. The colored measurements do rub off with frequent use so we had to premeasure the milk before putting it in the cup.

Nice Design and Stable, with a Few Minor Drawbacks
Overall, this is a decent straw cup and my toddler finds it comfortable to drink from. The size and shape are good for small hands, and the cup feels stable — it doesn’t tip over easily when placed on a table. The design is simple and practical, with a nice look and good grip for little hands. However, there are a few downsides. Drinking from the straw requires noticeable effort, so my 15-month-old has to suck quite hard. It also slightly leaks when opening and closing — specifically, the water left inside the straw can drip out. Another issue is the lid: it’s quite stiff and difficult to close, and my toddler is not able to do it independently. As for insulation, this cup is not insulated, so drinks don’t stay cold or warm for long, but that’s expected for this type of cup. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase. It works well and serves its purpose, though there are a few small things that could be improved.

Serves the purpose but a lot of cons
Problem I had with this item: 1. It leaks 2. The inner ball doesn’t quite come up when my toddler lies down, making it difficult to drink since it mentions that the inner straw moves as the baby changes positions but it doesn’t. Only okay when they are standing or in an upright position 3. Milk pours out when you try to open the lid making it messy. I only kept it because I urgently needed a sippy cup or else this would have been a return

Nice bottle
Really nice bottle, strong material, leak proof, easy to was, just pay attention that the straw has 3 parts that pull apart so you can clean it properly. The weighted straw is not following the liquid as it’s saying in the description, you need to move the bottle a not to get where you need to go, reason for 4 stars. Otherwise it’s a good bottle!
