Fantastic product. I suffer from various forms of chronic pain including sciatica and this has been so good I'll be buying another. Pain relief is about as good as any hot or cold product but the best thing is how it fits around your body.Heating it up takes less time than indicated if you have a very modern microwave - try 20-25 seconds rather than 30. Freezing is also brilliant as it becomes flexible quickly after you freeze it hard, so you still have long lasting temperature and the ability to put it against you comfortably.Better than a hot bean bag as this contours to your body much better. Completely recommend and a friend has bought one already and also loves it.

Not the easiest to use if you don’t have the velcro pouch/belt (I bought the set a while ago), but there is a good amount of gel in the pack meaning that it stays hot/cold for much longer than other packs. Freezes quickly and heats up in 30 seconds or less in the microwave.Great product and price justifies the quality, will continue using it for years.

This ice pack was sooooo useful recently when I injured my shoulder. Great size. Keeps cold for a long while. Definitely recommend. It is now a permanent fixture in my freezer! :-)

You need to buy a cover for this item and they come in packs rather than individually. However worked well on my total knee replacement.

Good large size for putting on bruised areas freezies quickly and as there is 2 in a pack even better

My husband often suffers with a badly swollen knee after playing football and swear by using ice packs to reduce the swelling and relieve the pain. This is much easier than using an ice pack and is reusable. Works extremely well as we prepare it in the freezer ready for when hes done. Very good quality and is great both hot and cold.

Il calore provoca la fuoriuscita di liquido e conseguente deterioramento del prodotto. Bisognerebbe utilizzare una qualità meno sottile che possa resistere ad almeno a 60 secondi di input del microonde. Nonostante questo difetto, continuerò ad acquistarlo perchè l'esito antidolorifico è molto valido.
