problems
I ordered two of these over different times. One had a different default combination than 000 when it arrived and i didn't know it after i opened it and moved the numbers to 000, so now I can't reset the combo or use it. One seemed to work well for a couple trips, then on this past trip TSA couldn't open with their key so i had to give them the combo. On this last trip return the combo isn't working. I contacted TSA of my nearest airport who said they can't help and i need to contact the seller. What are my options for both straps?
