Yes it has wireless bit mine came with a USB dongle. Ours is hard wired so couldn't say how good it is

is it one stick of 16gb of ram or 2x 8 gb of ram and if so can i add an extra 16 to the pc when it arrives if so i would buy

Mine came with 2 8gig sticks, no available slots to add more, hope that helps

Do i have to put it together

No, you just plug the wifi dongle into the USB board, connect it via HDMI and then sign into windows, update the graphics card drivers from the built in software and you're good to go.
