E35c Wall Hanging Electric Fireplace Heater with Remote Control, 36 Inch Wide，1400W (Black)

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this fireplace for about 5 months and absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, and heats my average/larger sized bedroom very well. The heat blows from the top and is not too loud at all. It is very customizable with your choice of white rocks, clear crystals or logs. There are 3 color options for the inside flame and 3 color options for the outside backlight. It has a remote, a timer and a thermostat with 9 heat settings, that allows for auto shut off of just the heat but will keep the fireplace still on. I chose the curved glass and am happy with how it looks just slightly curved to hide some of the sides. Easy to install. Love it!

Nice appearance and function. Good heat source, heat blows from bottom of unit (rare and good and what I wanted) remote works and backlights/sidelights are awesome!. Unit is on the heavy side, this is a 2 person job and highly recommend a mix of drywall toggle anchors (100lbs) and drywall & stud anchors (50lbs). Used the burning logs in this unit and used the crystal inside another wall mounted fireplace. Others have complained of a slight hum in these types of units, it will start out a little but will subside after some minutes. This unit ending up having serious vibration coming from the front glass, just had to adjust the mounting screws and it went away. Also, vibrated because I had decided to mount to a piece of 1x3 for extra support due to wall not having enough studs and not feeling comfortable with the weight. Added a extra shim to bottom side of unit to ensure not having to adjust the screws every other time unit was turned on. Haven't had it for long but so far so good and no complaints. Product is as described, packaging and shipment was good and no damage.

I purchased the unit approximately one year ago, and until recently it was functioning properly. Recently, it began making a noise and then the heating system shut down. The side panel now displays an "E" and I am uncertain as to whether this can be troubleshot. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Great product except heater stopped working after 2 uses!! Unable to find a way to contact the seller. Help!?!

Heater was easy to install and looks great however it only stays on for a few minutes then the heat shuts off and you get an E on the display. Only way to clear it is by hard reset by unplugging. Don't have box any longer. Contacted customer support waiting for resolution

Love this fireplace so far. researched electric fireplaces for days, looking for one that vented out the bottom. Our intended use is in a bathroom. Since in-wall heaters are in this same price range, yet are white ugly boxes...we figured why not have something cool to look at. by venting out the bottom we can recess this in the wall, and leave space for airflow. I tested this out without mounting the first day, and realized it has an overheat trip sensor. if the vent is blocked(ie testing it out just sitting on a table), the sensor trips, and you have to let it set for a bit before it will work again. it was well packed in its factory box, even if amazon placed it in a larger box that wasn't packed very well...it still arrived without damage. I bought the smaller unit with less fancy options, but it hits the basics. Heater works great. We're looking at the 50" for our living room now.
