About the Author Shana Muldoon Zappa was born and raised in Los Angeles. An avid lover of Astrology and the metaphysical Shana channeled these passions into her love of writing resulting in Star Darlings. Shana and her husband Ahmet collaborated on this new series just as they welcomed their magical little girl, and biggest inspiration ever, Halo Violetta Zappa. Ahmet Zappa is the son of late rock musician/composer Frank Zappa. Through his production company, Monsterfoot Productions, Ahmet has developed several television shows and movies.
