Gringo Bandito Hot Sauce Green

This sauce looked very interesting. I love all kinds of hot sauces - especially green habanero and habanero blends. I love the ingredient list. AND it's made in the USA! Sounds great. I expected this to be one of my favorite sauces. In stead I was very disappointed by the stale, rancid taste. I checked the "best by" date and it's over a year away. The bottle was sealed and everything seemed alright until I tasted it. The heat is nice. The seasoning seems right. It really SHOULD be good, but it isn't. Perhaps this bottle was mishandled somewhere along the line. Maybe it was exposed to heat or contamination ? Maybe some defect in the bottling procedure ? I'd hate to think that every bottle tastes this bad. In any event, I find this sauce to be inedible and it will be returned for a refund. If it not returnable, it's going into the garbage. That's too bad since I really wanted to like this.

I bought this because I love hot sauce and I love the band The Offspring. A lot of hot sauce doesn't really have flavor, it's just hot. This however, has both!
