Perfect for Keto!! Unbelievably good product. Taste is rich and the texture is smooth. Taste varies from drop to drop, some are very bitter, others are sweet so if eating raw, I eat them 3 or 4 at a time to get a blend. I also use these in cakes as chocolate chips and melt them down to use for other things. These are great to eat as they are with a hand full of nuts. I havent tried the ever recommended lilys chocolate chips as they are poor value for money here in the uk, but these I would assume are a perfect substitute. These are 100% cocoa mass with 0.3g of sugar per 100g. While the cost initially looks high, it is incredibly good value for the enormous bag provided putting it on par with value supermarket 90% chocolate but with less sugar. I’ve had these a month and haven’t put a dent in them yet! Packaging is excellent. The bag is strong and the resealable strip is a game changer! Highly, highly recommended but please note; 100% cocoa is an acquired taste even if you like normal dark chocolate.

For the last few years I've ben buying Montezuma's Absolute Black chocolate (the price of which has become prohibitive given how much I consume) and having about 15g-20g each morning as an energy boost and as a mood enhancer. I don't know how common this is, but it seems to work as a mild antidepressant on me. I like the taste and that it melts quickly because it come as little buttons of chocolate, plus it has no sugar added. I love the big valcro seal that helps keep it fresh. It works out a lot more economical overall, so I'm made up that I found it -- thanks so much!

Firstly, these taste amazing on their own. Even my sweet toothed husband (who is slowly adapting to dark) eats these straight from the bag. To be honest I will happily eat these and leave the other chocs I make for hubby! They taste rich and like a top quality, high cocoa content, chocolate (those with some added sugar etc). I bought this to use in keto and diabetic recipes after seeing great reviews. I have made peanut butter cups with it and they still taste good but I have to add sweetener for my husband's and it makes an already thick mixture much harder to work with. However, this is cocoa mass so expected that and I will buy cocoa butter next and make a proper chocolate mix up as this tastes heavenly and will be worth doing properly. It will still work out much cheaper than using Lindt 90 to make my chocs. My keto rum truffle mix was heavenly with these, without any need for cocoa butter too though. I can see why this brand is so respected!

Love it! It's bitter as hell, but that's the idea - it's pure cocoa mass turn into little crunchy pieces. I add 30 every morning to my yoghurt with fruits and nuts, to keto mug cakes, or sometimes I eat it on its own, but 3-4 pieces is max I can take! :) I've got this bag for almost 2 months and it will probably last forever :) Delicious and healthy. Great for keto diet. I will be definitely buying again!

Great product. Really smooth, lovely flavour and a HUGE bag. I've used it for all sorts of things from a snack mixed with nuts, hot chocolate, baked into cookies and muffins, to chocolate mousse. A great way to be able to control the sweetness of chocolate desserts as this is just chocolate, no sugar or sweeteners added.

Um meinen Zuckerkonsum und damit Heißhungerattacken in Griff zu bekommen, habe ich begonnen meine Schokolade selber herzustellen. Mit ganzen Datteln, gepufftem Quinoa, Dinkelflakes und Cashews. Bisher habe ich dazu Schokodrops (60% Cacao) - mit Erythrit und Stevia gesüßt - genommen. Das schmeckt auch super aber ist immer noch zu lecker und deshalb ess ich davon noch zuviel. Mit dieser Kakaomasse - die ich wegen des doch für mich sehr bitteren Geschmackes - mit zusätzlicher Kakaobutter abgemildert habe, gelingt es mir viel besser nur wenig davon zu essen. Trotzdem ist da die Süße der Datteln und der Crunch und damit schmeckt mir die Eigenkreation als kleine Nascherei sehr gut und ist auch noch gesund. Und: keine Heißhungerattacken mehr. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden.

Il faut vouloir manger du chocolat sans aucun sucre et supporter l'amertume. Dans ces conditions c'est bon.

Ich hatte zuvor schon Kakaomasse von verschiedenen anderen Anbietern gekauft, aber Callebaut ist um Klassen besser, das hätte ich nicht erwartet. Die Drops sind viel kleiner, glänzender als andere Sorten und sehr fein im Geschmack.

This is the only large pack I found on Amazon, which is important when you cook a big amount of portions. Buying small packs is too expensive, so I prefer this brand.
