One Woman : The Ultimate Collection

I play ball every day with my dog and like to listen to music whilst I am doing so. I love this CD, the songs are great and Diana Ross's voice is just lovely. I like to sing along and pretend that I can sing as well as Diana Ross does. It is probably fortunate that my dog can't talk or he might voice another view of my singing.

Bought this CD and Diana Ross’s best hits following her appearance on Glastonbury 22, brought back happy memories again. Great music and Diana Ross was fabulous for someone of her age still looking and sounding great.

What can I say, this woman has the most beautiful voice. Grew up listening to all her songs, and years down the line I’m still a fan! I highly recommend. Thank you so much! Tracey.

An excellent selection of the lovely songs of Diana Ross, both with The Supremes and as a solo artist. Favourite tracks include the gorgeous 'Touch Me In The Morning' and 'I'm Still Waiting' as well as 'Reflections' (1967) by The Supremes with high praise for 'Do You Know Where You're Going To (Theme from Mahogany) and 'Love Hangover' which starts out as a classy ballad before segueing neatly into a catchy disco rhythm. I would have awarded a 5th star but, personally, I'm not so keen on the 2nd half of proceedings when some of the magic starts to fade in the 1980s. Even so, this is the sort of compilation album which covers virtually all the bases and is, therefore, very good value for money.

What a brilliant album. A good mixture of old and newer songs. How refreshing to like all songs on an album and not have to skip any. I am delighted with this purchase, as it reminds me of my teenage years when Diana Ross and the Supremes were very popular.
