Yes, you can. It will work for an iPhone as well as for an iPad.

Can I use this memory stick to plug in my tv to view photos I’ve took of my phone

I couldn’t to get it to work, I think some settings have to be changed first

Windows 10 needs an extension download to transfer view photos/ video taken on iPhone 12mini, does this get around that problem ?

I’m not too sure! Our old Mac (2010ish) didn’t have enough memory to update & this got around it. Very easy to save to USB stick and insert to IPhone 11 in my case to either store or email/share with others. I hope this helps

Nice item

I loved how easy it was to set up but you have to watch you do not lose the small cover for lightning fitting. Definitely good value. Saved me lot of time transfering photos to my computer from my iphone. Nicely made with a nice feel in the hand. Would recommend to anyone requiring same item.

DO NOT BUY!

I would not buy this item. Slow to transfer files, thirsty on phone battery when being used. Would never in a million years recommend this product. I have not managed to copy a single photo successfully after numerous attempts. What a waste of my time and money. Very disappointed.

Easy use, outdated software

I appreciate the size of the drive and the ease-of-use of the app. The software is slightly outdated. It felt like a beta app. However, the product is simple and easy using, when you get the hang of it. I went on to buy one for my mum, as she had too many photos. But, it was something a little too tech-complex for her.

Guter Speicherstick mit sehr gutem Service

Anfangs hatte ich ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem Stick und dessen Kompatibilität mit dem iPhone 14, aber im Dialog mit dem sehr guten und zuvorkommenden Serviceteam der Treiber-App LUXSyncPro konnte das Problem gelöst werden: Man sollte vor dem Gebrauch des Sticks diesen unbedingt mit dem Festplattendienstprogramm am Mac auf das Format exFAT neu formatieren (etwaige Dateien/Photos auf dem Stick diese vorher sichern, da sie beim Formatieren gelöscht werden!). Auch sollte der Lightning-Anschluss am iPhone sauber sein, eine zu dicke iPhone-Hülle evtl. abgenommen werden und der Stick hörbar einrasten (die Kontakte liegen ja sehr eng und sind empfindlich auf Rückstände oder auf Verkanten). Vor allem der oben genannte erste Tipp hat es dann gebracht: Jetzt "funzt" der Stick, wie er soll und vergisst auch keine Dateien mehr. Übrigens: Es gibt ein untrügliches Zeichen beim Speichern, wenn etwas nicht stimmt: die Lese-/Schreibgeschwindigkeit ist dann viel zu niedrig. Hat man aber alles beachtet, sollte der Stick gut funktionieren und kann zum Kauf uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Trotzdem: alle meine Angaben ohne Gewähr!
