Avoid Avoid Avoid
Awful, cheaply manufactured Chinese rubbish. Firstly I could not register to install the XMeye mobile app on either my iPAD or iPhone, the app was not able to send a verification code to my email, so I could not install the mobile app to use the PTZ Camera. Secondly, the software supplied with the product is very badly written and when installed on my PC failed to be able to connect to the IP PTZ Camera, I tried direct Ethernet connection to no avail and I tried to connect with the IP PTZ Camera connected to my hub router - I gave up after 3 hours of trying. I would anyone considering buying this product to avoid it, as it does not work. Thankfully, I buy a lot of stuff through Amazon, and the returns process is a wonderful thing.

not good , instuctions poor.
camera looked decent enough and did have a good picture, the issues are trying to understand how to set it up, instructions just aren't clear enough and try to cover all their different models in one manual, trying to figure what applies to your model is time consuming. forget about the cd included, it is a waste of time, went to the site they recommend and you download a zipped file with everything in it you need, but that is all you will get from the site, click on any other box like "FaQ's and "help with installing" and nothing happens, you will not get any help from there.the zipped file is large and has a lot in it. i tested the camera indoors first, the first problem is using IE as the web browser to view the picture online, getting this set up right can be tricky, you will end up running IE as an administrator every time to record the picture from IE.there is a reset tool program in the zipped file, it tells you it can be reset back to factory default settings by using this tool if you encounter problems, so you think you can reset it and start again, and this is the major problem, it does not reset back to its original ip and factory settings, many times i tried using this tool, rebooting the camera, my computer, my router, and it would not reset back to it's original settings, it always had my information on ip address, port settings etc after rebooting, never once did it revert back to it's original settings, and that bothered me a lot, i have cctv already and know setting a camera back to it's original settings should clear everything so you can start afresh, this would not do it, not once, i can't recommend a camera that cannot be reset if you encounter any issues with it, they need to think about using separate instruction manuals for each individual camera and not one size fits all, because it can be very difficult to understand which applies to your camera.
