Please read the BIG BUT !!!
A first class service from the vendor; it arrived very promptly. The price is substantialy less than sold at elsewhere and the product does exactly what it says, perhaps though it does TOO much. Here is the BIG BUT!! Like some other reviewers have found, once installed MY SYSTEM SLOWED ALMOST TO A COMPLETE STANDSTILL!! (For reference I use Windows 2000 and 3Mobile Broadband and it was taking 5 minutes for the home page to load and a long time even for a Word Doc to open!!) BUT before despairing and removing the programme as others have done; go into the Norton screen and turn off the features you don't realy need: With this product you CAN tailor the protection to suit your requirements and achieve a good compromise between the speed your system works at and the level of protection you realisticaly require.

Very Happy Customer
I purchased my new PC laptop last summer, and it had Norton Security software already installed (60-day trial period). When the new 2009 version came out last September, I had some questions regarding the installation procedure. I read the available reviews, but found no answers, as this version, was fairly new then. However, I decided to buy it and install it without looking for answers. The installation process was a breeze (I did not need to uninstall the old software, first), and I am very happy with my purchase.

Secure purchase
Can't believe all these products that I have not done reviews for. I purchased this as you can see a long while ago! The PC that it was purchased for lasted well until a lightening strike. No complaints with Norton although with all the updates it did seem to slow the PC a little. Still using Norton on my present PC and so far no problems.

Norton Internet Security 2009
I purchased this item, because I have used Norton for many Years now, I found it simple to install, and I am no computer whizz. It works in the background, and causes me no problems, if you only have 1 computer, and 1 user, then this is very good value for money, as a lot of anti virus systems are multi user, and have the price to match.

Good Value for Money
I have bought this product, as my existing software was due to renewal. I did not want to pay full fees for renewal, so I got this software for a third of the price. I also noticed that Norton takes very little processing power, it does not slow down your machine. Very well worth it, if you have a netbook or an old computer. In general good value for money, but probably next year I will have to buy a new product again to avoid expense renewal fees.

Peace of Mind
I've always had to ask someone to install my previous versions of Norton, thinking it might be difficult. This time I decided to do it myself and it was so simple. If I can do it then anyone can! It provides complete peace of mind regarding computer security - plus it's a great price.

NIS 2009
Bought this knowing that I could update free to NIS 2010 so making it much less expensive than renewing my current (McAfee) product for another year. NIS is also much faster than McAfee without taking up as much computer resources as McAfee. No problems with it so very pleased with the purchase.
