I got this case being fed up with battery life on my iPhone 6. It absolutely does the job and is a great price.Probably get a little over 1.5 charges from the case so easily enough for a day out with Google Maps active + web lookups, Twitter, etc.It isn't too bulky and is easily held (I have the black version). Also very easy to get the phone in and out of so you don't need to leave it on all the time.On the slightly more negative side, the headphone jack hole is too narrow for non-Apple headphones, should be a bit wider & I'm not sure that it would provide much protection if dropped in comparison to my usual gell case. Certainly it would be better if the front edges of the case stood a mm or so further forward to protect the screen if dropped.But let me stress that, for the price, I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone not prone to dropping their phone and who needs more battery life when out and about.

worked fine for 3 days and then on the 4th day in car started to burn both the charger and lead.Don't know what would have happened if left on overnight?? Amazon were really good and said they would check items in future

I've been using this for a couple of months now. The product is decent, quality, adds a fair bit of bulk to the phone, but for a battery of this capacity, that is to be expected. Overall I was very happy with it.However there are two issues that have developed.First, the lightning port will often drop it's connection momentarily. Most of the time it isn't a problem and you don't notice. The only time I do notice is when it is connected via USB to an external source, like my car as an example. If I'm playing some media through the car, it will stop and re-load. But more annoyingly is actually when it's connected to my car to charge and I've got the radio on, or nothing at all, and the connection drops, reconnects and the media player automatically starts up. Not a big problem, but worth noting.However, the larger issue is that the battery capacity seems to be dropping rapidly after just a few months. I'm getting much less charge from the battery case than I did at the beginning. Almost to the point that it's not worth carrying the bulky case round in case I need some extra power.

I am updating my initial assessment of 5 stars to 2.The product is good value for money and I used it for a solid 6 months where it was great as I could easily get almost 2 full charging for my phone and the cover is sturdy enough to protect my phone as a cover.But as I got to 6 months the battery is running down. It fails to charge my phone simultaneously while plugged in so I have to remove the cover to charge the phone separately, the cover shows all 4 lights as fully charged while charging up, and but then it fails to charge my phone even to 50%.Was great while it lasted, Shame that it deteriorated

Exactly what I needed. My daughter got my husband one for Christmas so I treated myself. Cheaper than other similar products. Very easy to use. Highly recommend.I have not put a specific rating for battery life because although I agree it charges the phone fully and quickly, I don't know if this will have an effect on the overall life of the battery.

Had this for over 6 months now and it’s proven a lifesaver with my iPhone 6s. Trick is to use it to top your battery up when it’s getting low & not have it on all the time. Means my phone can now last about 2.5 days without needing to be plugged in. Does make the phone a bit of a brick and the matte finish wears off easily, but can’t complain for the price.

The first one I ordered arrived with damaged packaging, I contacted the seller and they sent another one straight away. The case works really well and can fully charge my phone. Much easier than carrying around a power bank and charging lead. Only reason for four stars is that you are supposed to be able to charge your phone while it’s in the case, however this feature doesn’t seem to work. Personally I’m not bothered by this as I just charge them separately, as I only put this case on when I need to charge.

Better than a similar previous buy. Very easy to insert phone. Need to remember to charge case and phone separately first time of use. When topping up phone from case the case charging button needs to be pressed to start charging the pressed again to cancel charging.
