Zentonil Advanced Tablets for Dogs (Size: 30 x 400mg)

These were recommended by the vet for my dog due to her liver health. As a plus they are much cheaper than through the surgery. Unfortunately my dog hates them. They can be split - but it is not specified to what degree.That said my vet has said that if a product is chewable it can be crushed. I had to go online to check but it seems that Zentonil is chewable (I guess that's what they mean by 'palatable' in the description here).I started crushing a tablet in grease proof and funneling it direct into her mouth. But now I semi crush it and mix with a spoonful of porridge.I've read that ideally milk thistle should be administered 4 weeks on and one week off. So I bought another SAMe product without milk thistle for the week off.We were without SAMe for 3 days and she went downhill in that time so wouldn't be without it now.

My dog has been on these tables for over 4 years now she has got to stay on them for life. at first the vet was suplying them but he was charging my insurance company £140 per month of cause it was not long before he had the max allowed for this complaint so I had to pay for them after that I went for a second opinion to the PDSA they recommend Zentonil tablets I was getting them of another firm but all of sudden they doubled in price so I am very happy with the firm that I started getting them from 4 moths ago with amonson at about £48 with postage.

My vet recommended these to treat my elderly (13 years) labrador who had snaffled a large chocolate cake by climbing onto the kitchen table! A short course of these had corrected two of her three liver enzymes which were way outside their normal ranges; I bought these to continue the treatment for an extra month to complete the course. A tip - if your dog needs 2x200mg per day, buy the 400mg size and break each tablet into two and serve a half with each meal. My dog would take them quite happily mixed in her food.

Thankfully I found their product on Amazon and it's proven to be much lighter on my pocket, and that's saying a lot in this economy.I buy Zentonil Advanced 400 every month and I've never had an issue with delivery, so I have no worries about my dog (Lily) getting her medicine on time.

These tablets are helping to keep my old dog who has cancer going. Along with a high carbohydrate diet they have made all the difference to him and he has improved so much and is still enjoying life. Half the price charged by my vet so very good value.
