Read the fine print on the box (skim, 1% lowfat, nonfat dry or lactose-reduced milk will cause soft-set). Soft-set apparently means soupy. I used soy milk but that has the same problem. The resulting pudding is suitable for a sauce to put over ice cream, but certainly cannot be served as a pudding.The dark chocolate flavor is tasty and there are bits of coconut in it so you get the coconut flavor, but the small bits of coconut gives a gritty texture to this. Was it like a Mounds bar? Not to me. Mounds candy has a big coconut flavor surrounded by the dark chocolate.Next time, I'll try a different Mounds pudding for my chocolate fix and make sure to have real milk on hand.
