wrinkled lamination on first attempt on a 100 micron sheet - says use up to 125 microns

This item was obviously NOT new and had been used before. My first lamination jammed, despite it being in a pouch and I had to take the laminator apart to find a wrinkled up sheet still in the machine that had been inside the laminator when it was sent out to me. Suffice to say it now works ok.

First sheet came out beautifully…. The rest of them… horribly, all crumpled, gets stuck in the laminator…. Worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life… doesn’t even deserve one star, shouldn’t be able to sell this and the 4 or 5 star reviews… are you sure it was this laminator you brought as I bought due to reviews and recommendations…regret this purchase so much… disgusting

Good product, sometimes it has small bubbles but that is okay

I like your Design nd working good now

Amazon delivered the product right on time. The product is easy to use. It comes in good packing. The package also contains 25 laminating sheets. Product supports both hot & cold lamination. The laminator heats up very fast for lamination and does lamination like a pro. You can easily laminate sheets upto A4 size. I used it to laminate my marks sheets and it did the job very well. The plus point of this laminator is that it has a Jam Release Button and it comes in rescue when the paper is stuck.

At first this product did the job, smoothly laminating. But now just 4 weeks in sometimes I get a smooth lamination and most of the time it chews up the start of the document. The 'jam release' does work - you have to pull the document out manually whilst holding the jam release button.I've looked inside using a torch and from the little I can see, the fault is due to the design - just a light curve of the page and instead of heading out of the machine straight, it hits a plastic moulding and the page is bent down into the machine. Really avoidable design flaw :-(No matter how carefully I try to slot the page into the laminator, i'm now getting chewed pages 50% of the time (vs no issues earlier).DON'T USE THIS LAMINATOR FOR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS - much safer to get your local print shop to do it in that case. This is only useful for school-type use and frankly I expected a lot more use out of this thing before it gave up on me. (And of course, its out of the Amazon return window :-(
