Perfect really!
It's better to do it yourself! But if you're like me and just plain lazy! Then grab a few of these to keep on hand! I love tousling with a splash of rice vinegar and sesame seeds and throwing it on the side of a thin sliced cucumber salad (with sesame seeds, sesame vinegar, etc.). NICE and sticky! But very very edible.These were (at the time of purchase) £1.00 which is very comparable to the supermarkets and with my prime delivery, works wonderfully next day. Also works in a light tuna, veg bake! (I ran out of regular rice) I do recommend that you try just one or two packs to start. If you like it, go for a couple cases, very easy to grab and done in just two minutes (I turn my microwave down on power a bit and reduce the time, fluff it and then return it covered in the bowl for another 20-30 seconds. Good rice! :)

The easiest way to sushi!
Lovr the convenience of this stuff. Usually around a pound a pack. Lasts a good time once purchased. I heat. Leave to settle with sushi mix soaking in. Mould into the seaweed sheets and voila - awesome sushi! Much easier way of making it and cheaper sushi roll for sushi roll than buying those silly mini packs of 6 maki etc. Superb.

it's ok for a microwave style rice, but I think I'll stick with making this from fresh.If you're in a hurry, then it's good.
