It helped, but not my turns.
This product helped me with balance in general, as in it helped me see what muscles I was overusing and what muscles I was underusing. However, when it comes to turns and spotting, it didn't do anything. I practiced every day for about two weeks and haven't seen the results. It helped in other areas, but not for turning, which is what the product is advertised as.
