Very Walnuty taste. Has some texture but it’s not off putting.

This walnut butter is absolutely delicious. I purchased it to increase my intake of omega 3's. I spread it on crackers and I also used it in a tofu quiche recipe, which came out wonderfully flavorful. I like the fact that it is raw, and that there are no other ingredients besides walnuts.

I have been a peanut butter eater forever but like walnuts as well. I have been making certain deliberate, dietary changes to improve my diet and came across this walnut butter. Walnuts are a good source of omega 3 fats - unlike peanuts which are heavier on the 6. I am also happy that this butter is raw. I understand that heat can be detrimental to the overall nutritive value of many foods. I just put an order in for 2 more jars - I like it that much. I only wish that the product were Prime as the shipping fee associated with the butter are substantial.

Seriously the best walnut butter I've ever bought!! It states that it needs refrigeration after opening which made me a little upset simply because I wanted it to remain soft (obviously nut butters spoil.. I was sort of hoping that walnut butter was some kind of magical nut that never spoiled). It didn't matter, even after refrigeration the nut butter stayed relatively soft!! I bought two jars because I knew I'd go through the first one quick and I'm savoring the second one. I can't find this anywhere on the shelves in Austin TX.. someone please make this happen!! I will keep buying this product on amazon as long as it's available.
