Missing item
The motocaddy is great except they did not send the battery to operate it. This was to be included in the purchase. I have contacted Amazon 3 days ago but have yet to receive any response to my report

Arrived broken, and no customer service replies
I ordered the M7 with Remote directly from Motocaddy online. The product arrived within 10 business days. However, the lower latch holding the arm is defective and the caddy is locked in storage. I have sent three emails to Motocaddy USA and am still waiting for responses. The Customer Service toll-free number is a recording and doesn't allow for a message to be left. No purchase invoice or tracking information was sent by email following the purchase. No invoice with the delivered product. In addition, I did not receive the 10% "first-time order discount" offered. I may be out over $1600.00.
