Miracle Goop!
I got this to try and fix a hinge on my MSI laptop, which had suddenly given out one night when trying to close it (apparently that's a thing those computers are notorious for). Because of how the hinge was set up, I couldn't open or close the computer without the LCD screen trying to peel itself off the computer frame, which was always horrible to see. I used a C-clamp to keep the screen attached the frame, but that kept me from being able to actually close the laptop, effectively turning it into a small desktop computer. This wasn't super convenient and I needed to be able to pack my laptop for travel, so I decided to try epoxying the metal components of the hinge to the plastic of the frame to see if that would keep it together enough for me to able to open and close the computer without further damage happening. I had low expectations for how well this stuff would work, but I was on a time crunch and this was the most promising stuff I could find, so I gave it a go. I mixed it according to instructions (it has a bit of a funky chemical odor at this stage) , then quickly applied it inside the hinge to bond the metal and plastic. Then I used my trusty C-clamp to firmly keep the parts together while the epoxy cured. I left it like that for 24 hours (I think it normally takes 6 hours, but better safe than sorry), then gently removed the C-clamp. When I tried closing my computer.... it worked good as new! Literally, that hinge is sealed like a rock. It feels as strong as it did before it suddenly gave out. I also wiped off the excess epoxy while applying it, so while a little bit is still visible around the seams of the repair site, you'd never know it was there. No odor now that it cured, too. It's been about two weeks since I made the repair and the epoxy is still holding strong. I am not sure what else I would ever need to use this stuff on, but for small oddball repairs like mine, it was great. I'm confident that my laptop's life has been extended significantly, and if the other hinge goes out, I know exactly what to do. I never thought I'd get excited about epoxy, of all things, but believe me, this stuff is 100% worth it.

It did the job for me!
I have a nice drinking cup i use for my tea. it's aluminum, and 1 liter. I thickened the handle to include a wood and leather grip, and have been happily sipping tea for years with it. The other day I accidentally knocked it off the counter and onto the floor. And the top part or the handle popped loose. Since i don't own an aluminum spot welder, I went looking for an epoxy that handled both heat, and aluminum well. I settled on this product as being something simple, easily mixed, easily applied and purported to be able to do the job. This was not my first rodeo with epoxies. I've been using them for years. But it was my first with aluminum, which is often tricky to deal with due to the oxidation layer creating a weaker bond. Preparation was necessary, which mostly meant sanding the crap out of the surfaces being bound. That removes the oxidized aluminum and gives an otherwise polished surface some roughness for the epoxy to grip. Following the instructions, and knowing about how much I'd need, I mixed an appropriate amount, applied it to the surfaces, then used a couple of rubber bands to hold it in place. It began to set fairly quickly, so if you do use it, be ready to apply it as soon as it's mixed. It says it's a 6 minute work time, and I'd say it's probably closer to 5. Having had epoxies set up quickly, I was ready for that possibility. I let it cure overnight, and in the morning, I had my tea as usual. The bond itself is fairly secure, with no apparent wiggle. The epoxy had a slightly soft texture at first as it set, but over time that's hardened up nicely. So, if you have aluminum you need bonded, I know this will work well, with the proper prep and after waiting the full cure time before messing with it. Knowing HOW to use an epoxy is most of the battle, so follow the steps and give yourself time for things to set and you'll love this stuff.

Trusted Product That Lives Up to Its Reputation
J-B Weld has built a reputation over the years for making strong, reliable repair products, and this quick-setting formula is another reason why. When I need a repair that I can trust, J-B Weld is usually one of the first products I reach for. The epoxy mixes easily, sets up quickly, and creates a strong bond. I was impressed by how fast it became workable while still providing plenty of strength once cured. It's great for repairs where you don't want to wait hours for the product to set. What I appreciate most is that J-B Weld continues to live up to the reputation it has earned. There are plenty of products that make big claims, but this one actually performs as expected. The bond is strong, durable, and dependable. Whether you're making automotive repairs, household fixes, or workshop projects, this is a product worth keeping on hand. Reliable, easy to use, and backed by a reputation that it continues to earn.

Reusable and Great For Repairing Electrical PVC Boxes!
The separate tubes are guaranteed usable in comparison to the combined tube products. The screw-on caps are far better with preserving the product or providing an airtight seal, in comparison with the snap-on sealed tubes. So far, purchased the two pack, still using the first pack and barely used much of the product. ELECTRICAL PVC BOX CABLE TAB REPAIR Excellent product for quickly repairing the electrical PVC box non-metallic cable tabs/intigrated clamp, just a little dab and the cable tab is as good as new or better, or a little more for damaged tabs. PROS 1) Very strong! 2) Thankfully reusable for long term storage and reuse. CONS 1) The combined epoxy color is black 2) The odor is atrocious! However, CONS are readily overlooked as us guys only want a plastic weld properly hold and/or fuse, be reusable, regardless of the odor or color. If the these CONS are of concern, purchase the combined tube with the snap-on seals, color is gray however strength and re-usability is lacking.

Useful for Metal
Fast delivery, Product says it contains steel in the glu. I can vouch for that, as I used this to glu magnets together and the excess wouldnโt wipe off after sanding, it just kept moving around. The steel powder leftover is some form of steel. Seems to be very strong, but not tested long enough.
