You will need a bigger one to put a 16mm pipe in

I want to use this to house two 10mm central heating small bore pipes to a bathroom radiator, is it suitable

They will fit but they will also be touching which is not desirable for the feed and return, you will get a bigger temperature drop in the feed before it gets to the radiator. If appearance is the important aspect then should be okay.
