This is perfect for a teen or preteen girl. Would be passable for an adult as well, at least as a good enough solution for a starter.As a single father of 40 with excellent tool and DIY skill but HORRIBLE direction following (free builder with Legos, can't follow directions to save my life), the number of pieces I found inside the box scared the heck out of me. None the less, I started after having calmed down, and spent about 3 1/2 hours start to finish spanning two evenings. If I did it again today knowing the process, I think two solid hours would be about the realistic time it would take me. Plan to spent 3-4 hours on it.The quality is better than I expected at this price point. I believe the quality is about the same is similar things I've picked up at big box or warehouse type stores (no, not a legit furniture store for 5x the cost).Building itself was pretty reasonable. The pictures were decent enough to follow even given the fact that I admit I am horrible at following directions. I used a drill which saved some time and I would suggest it. In fact, all you really need is a #2 Phillips, though a few connections required a stubby short screwdriver or a right-angle drill. I had all of the above.The complaints I have are.. 1) the lights just stick through holes and are not standard bulbs. I put a dab of hot glue on the back from the rear to hold them better as well as secure the wires. 2) the drawers are not on tracks. They are held from falling by adding some of the little faux wood pegs after you have inserted the drawers. I added a dab of glue to these as well to keep them in place. 3) the stool is probably good for a 12-13 year old at best. Plan for something better to use as a seat. 4) exposed attachment points are covered by provided white round stickers. Some plastic or rubber inserts would be better and I will likely replace these or just add some white silicon when the stickers fall off or discolor.I hate to point out those as negatives, but all of those are minor and well within reason for the asking price on amazon.Otherwise, what you see is what you get. I am impressed overall as I stated with the appearance, quality of material, and the thought in attachments and hardware provided. All screw holes were dead on and no problems with any fitting of any parts. (and we had plenty of parts to have gotten wrong with this guy)Definitely recommend.

I was worried at first that it would get damaged but when I received it, everything was well protected and not damage and the assembly was pretty easy and the vanity looks way better in person and the size is perfect not to big or to small.

I am more than delighted with this product, the manufacturer has done a great job and it has finished out my make-up room very nicely !! It took my awesome husband and me around 4 hours to assemble. Marking of parts and fasteners and the manual content was mostly good and, as with any build-it-yourself item, it truly helped to lay everything out from the start. We would advise to consider where each part is going relative to the whole piece - we had a couple of pieces upside down and did not realize until the end of assembly (of course !!). A power plug was not provided (just a USB connector), so make sure to have an adapter handy. The main watch point is that this item ships in one box with a gross weight of 119 pounds. The delivery driver left it out by our carport rather than by the front door. Had I been a little lady by myself, I would not have managed to bring it indoors. Still, 5 plus stars and kudos to the manufacturer !!!

Cute and perfect for a preteen/ teen. My daughter is taller which is why we picked this one. It has good height and knee room. It came with dings and scratches that weren’t from delivery. You can tell it’s manufacturing flaws. We hope to at least get a couple years out of it. Which makes the price worth it.positives- height as mentioned- drawer stops- great storage- wide mirror- varying light optionsWants- plug ins- screw covers that aren’t see through stickers- replaceable bulbs- a full mirror. I’m sure splitting it was due to shipping but it’d be nice if it were 1 piece.Putting together is just as miserable as they say. The instructions were easy to follow. But it is a 2-3 hour project.
