This charger does two things really well;- Topping off your phone in the office- Holding pens.It's great that they've thought of a way of combining two useful desktop objects into one so simply and elegantly. Works great with my Galaxy S7 and iPhone 6 with one of those wireless adapter coils.It doesn't get nearly as hot as the cheap wireless charger I previously had, in fact on my S7 when using a battery monitor app the phone got no warmer when charging wirelessly than with a cable. Granted, the cable was charging at 2a and this at 1a, but for those who like wireless charging but also, like me, are concerned about elevated temperatures causing battery wear then it offers some peace of mind. Highly recommended.
