This spray gun feels solid and weighty but is still very comfortable to hold thanks to the rubber-coated grip. All the controls feel reassuringly firm and work as expected. The flow adjuster gives the same effect as turning the tap on the main water supply, which is useful if you want to reduce the flow temporarily for more delicate work. The main trigger is spring loaded and offers quite fine control over the main flow/power. The removable reservoir bottle (which unscrews anticlockwise as normal) can be filled with soap or other liquids/powders as needed. There is a light grey rotary control above it which allows you to either totally bypass the reservoir or increase/decrease the amount of water that is passed through the reservoir to collect its contents. The main dial offers 9 different spray patterns and twists with a nice clicky sound so you can be sure you've actually selected a pattern correctly. There is enough adjustment here for a wide variety of different tasks (washing a car/conservatory, feeding plants, etc).It seems the biggest drawback with this product is the lack of a suitable adaptor to actually connect it to your hosepipe. However, contrary to what some other reviewers have said, it does just accept a standard 3/4 inch male threaded adaptor which is very easy to get hold of. I bought one of these and it's working just fine: Hozelock 2289 Male Threaded Adaptor 3/4in BSP Male (HOZ2289) Some people seemed to have trouble with missing/inadequate washers and leaky connections. I tightened the threaded adaptor into the Suds Blaster Pro using a spanner until it was firmly pushing against the rubber washer which came pre-fitted inside the Suds Blaster Pro. There is absolutely no leakage in mine so I don't expect any issues here. Just be careful not to over-tighten as these plastic components can be damaged quite easily.Overall, this is a great product. The build quality and number of controls/adjustments justifies the high price in my opinion, but it's a shame no hosepipe adaptor is supplied as that puts up the total cost straight away (unless you already have one). However, I'm still pleased with this purchase and would happily recommend it to others. It's a solid 4 stars from me.

Cannot understand why this is sold without a way of connecting to hose, just has empty screw hole in handle, no DIY store sells correct thread connector, American product not suitable for uk. Cant even use the thing. AVOID.

This really is a great washing gun, nicely made, solid, and looks as though it will last. It's metal, and the base has a good strong metal thread for the hose attachment, and the reservoir and output end have a nice reassuring solid feel to them.However, be warned! You have to buy the attachment for the hose separately, and it leaks like you won't believe, from the hose attachment end. Unless I was unlucky, and mine came with no washer, I had to find a suitable washer from elsewhere, and even this did not stop the leaking. In the end, TWO washers inserted into the base did the trick, and I then sealed it up with a nice bead of silicone around the rim as well, just to make sure.It seems mad to me that it's not supplied with its own hose attachment. The problem is that Hozelock stuff (the connector you have to buy) are generally very poorly made, and leak all the time. It's just my personal opinion, but Hozelock are rubbish!!!So if this Blaster had been supplied with it's own fittings and washers, it would have saved a lot of trouble.Got there in the end, but at £20, it should have been a whole lot easier.

I was looking for a way to saturate the car with a water and car wash solution prior to washing and I did not wish to get the pressure washer out just to utilise the soap gun. I am impressed so far with the quality of the gun which I have found really lacking in others I have tried. I haven't tried it with snow foam yet but it has proved excellent just using a good quality car wash product. The gun has several settings. The easy bit is the control on the top of the gun to mix the water and car wash. Rotate the dial anticlockwise and you have an excellent way of rinsing the car off with clean clear water. The only down side of this product is, you have to go and buy the fitting for the bottom of the gun to match your hose pipe fittings, why they have not supplied it is beyond me as you have to connect it to the hose somehow.

Better than the last couple of attachments i have had. Plenty of setting from powerful to gentle. The soap dispenser works a treat. I use it to put down my feed for the grass and garden. Definitely the best i have used.

Bought this to use with my snow foam cleaner for the car and it does the job perfectly, lots of foam, easy cleaning.. Also used it for the wax shampoo after..Made cleaning the car a lot quicker.. Covered the car in snow foam, and let it soak and soften the dirt, washed it off and then did the shampoo a section at a time with the sponge, stopped areas drying out before I got to them.Only took 30 mins from start to drying, and the car looks great..

This is one of the best washing tools I have everused.Its made very well, switching for wash to rinse is easy.I would recommend this nozzle with 10 stars. well done

LIKED THE PRODUCT , HOWEVER THE SOAP DISPENCER SEAL DID NOT HOLD UP AND STARTED TO LEAK AFTER SEVERAL USES.
