Worth every penny 'your health is your wealth'
I have used & used Nadia's stress release DVD it has helped me through various arthritis flare ups and helped me keep centred along with medication to recover time after time. (You get knocked down but you get up again!) i was excited for the Flow yoga & it lives up to expectations. I love that it's in 20 min sessions so if I'm not feeling to good I can manage this also it can be easily fitted into your day. I have just done the first 2 sessions and I know it's going to be another well used DVD. Last year I even took the stress relieve one on holiday with me!I practice yoga with two fantastic teachers during the week one more holistic the other power yoga and this DVD fits into what I want to be a daily practice. Learnings flow without guidance is something I'm aiming to do. Yoga is a way of life now and movement to me is key. Thank you Nadia making this more amenable. Namaste 🙏

A great yoga DVD
I ordered this DVD as I've got Nadia Narain's yoga for stress relief DVD too and have been following it. This is a great DVD. I started off with the first Session and then did Sessions 2 and 3 the next days. I now alternate between the 3 different sessions. I think it's great that you can do these practices for 20 minutes at a time so it doesn't take a lot of time but you do feel much more energised, flexible and toned afterwards. I would say that these practices are probably not suitable for complete yoga beginners as they're not easy but great for anyone who's practised any yoga regularly before. You don't have to be advanced but just be able to follow a fairly dynamic workout. I'd highly recommend this DVD. Nadia's calming voice is very relaxing and therapeutic too.

TOUGH!
I have been doing Jessica Smith ‘Yoga Stretch’ for a few months now and fancied a new challenge! This is really tough! I am 57 and maybe just not strong enough! Lots of really testing positions and up and down moves which I may never master. I much prefer the beautiful setting of the trees and pool that Jessica has! It’s beautiful to wake up to every morning. This is filmed in a brick wall setting and there is a voice over rather than the teacher talking directly to you. Less personal and no where near as much direction. You need to watch it through at least a couple of times before you start. It’s fast moving and does not take any prisoners!

Excellent!!! I am a total beginner and I am now addicted to yoga.
I needed something to exercise indoors, without going to the gym.. I find the gym and repetitions of callisthenics very boring. I appreciate that for some beginners it might seem a little fast but you can pause and continue. She is very gentle and she is pacing it very well. after 20 min you feel that your body has received all the benefits of movement, and you mind arrives to a state of peace that you have not felt before. I am now addicted and do a 20 min workout 1-3 times per day. I will also get her 10 min yoga so that I can have a quick fix if time is a issue. I never thought I would say this. I started around two weeks ago and I can imagine doing this for the rest of my life. Its immensely pleasurable. Also it leaves you feeling very connected and very loving of your body.

Great DVD!
I am a big fan of Nadia Narain's 'Stress Release' DVD, which is a hard act to follow. However, I am really impressed with 'Flow Yoga'! It does what it says on the cover and works on your strength and stability. As I 'lost' my abdominal muscles some years ago during pregnancy, I have been doing session 1, which really gives your core a thorough workout, and I am looking forward to working through the other sections. My feeling is that alternating between this DVD and the Stress Release one is going to give me a really beneficial set of exercises.On a final note - I love how the sessions are 20 minutes: they are long enough to make a positive difference to your day, without being so long that you are tempted to make excuses that you have no time.Great DVD - thank you!

Great yoga, but some improvement needed
I do like this DVD. There are some poses I haven't found on other yoga DVDs, and parts are challenging, but I do have a few issues/comments:-The music is very strange, puts me in mind of an old school horror film!-The savasanas feel too long for such short practices (each practice is 20 mins), I'd rather get more physical yoga out of each-There isn't much instruction on form so I wouldn't recommend to an absolute beginner.That all said, I do really like this DVD and if you could run each practice in succession with just one savasana at the end (if you 'play all' you'd have to stop for savasana 3 times!) then this would likely be one of my faves.

Worth the price.
This is the third DVD I have had of Nadia's,I never ever pay £10 for a DVD but hers are worth it. This one is tough and I won't beadle to do all the moves, I am 69 and have done Yoga and Palaties for years I am not super fit. I have ached in places (tummy, thighs,) so no pain no gain. Only down side for me is, I thought there would of been more breathing exercises as the other two DVD do have. Still getting 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Delivery excellent.

Very Nice!
This is a very nice and relaxing yoga practice. It is done in three-twenty minute segments so you can choose how long you'll workout. The workouts consists of balance, stretch and energizing movement. The three sessions vary in intensity. I found Nadia's instructions to be very soothing and motivating. I highly recommend for strength, balance and stretch.

Wie im Yogastudio
Sehr schöne Yoga-DVD mit nicht zu anspruchsvollen Übungen. Für Anfänger allerdings nicht geeignet. Sanft gesprochene Anleitungen. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem First-Class Yoga Kurs zu sein. Yoga Daheim, wann immer man die Zeit dafür hat. Unabhängig von jedem Studio. Das wird sicher nicht meine letzte DVD von Nadia Narain sein.* Wichtig zu wissen *: Da die DVD durchgehend auf Englisch ist, sind Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.*

gefällt mir gut aber
doch finde es schade, dass es nur immer 20 Min Sessions gibt. Das ist mir einfach zu kurz. Die Art, den Flow und den Anspruch finde ich aber sehr schön.
