8 pin conector with 5 pins?

I’m not sure what that means? I have a 2018 Ford F150 four-door. I looked up the part number from Ford and matched it with the mirror on Amazon. It fit perfectly, took me 10 minutes tops.

10 minutes and it was installed

Fits well on 2017 F-150. The weather gasket is not trimmed well and did not come with the foam plug the OEM one had where the harness comes out, but I was able to reuse those from OEM mirror.Lesson learned: Don’t let your kid drive your truck.

Easy Install, Looks Great 2017 F-150

This product was a very acceptable duplicate of the original. It was easy to replace the damaged mirror. I did reuse the original rubber gasket as suggested in an earlier review. One thing to watch for when plugging in the wiring is to make sure the pins inside the plug are straight and erect.So far , I am completely satisfied.

Plastic housing was in several pieces and a corner broken off.If I didn’t need the mirror for a trip I would return it.Very disappointed
