This is the best lice treatment we've tried, and we have tried most of what's on the market over the last five years. (For reference, in descending order of the others, KitnCoco, Lyclear normal, Hedrin, Full Marks, Tea Tree). No, it doesn't always kill an entire infestation in one application, but then neither do any of the others that claim to either and this comes closer to doing so more often than anything else we've tried. I bought it as my daughter has eczema and allergies to a number of common toiletry ingredients and we were worried about the quantity of strong chemicals we might be putting on her head with the frequency of nit epidemics at her school. She's had no reaction to it, which is great. It's also not as oily and drippy as some of the others - more like a lotion - so easier to apply. It costs rather more than Full Marks but you get what you pay for.

I used this on my son after ordering 5 bottles as it’s one treatment for each person. It didn’t work. The lice are very much alive. It did absolutely nothing. I tried to rerun the 4 unopened boxes but of course they dont accept returns. Please save your money and stay away

Used left on over night but didn't kill eggs combed my daughters hair twice a day with conditioner for three days with a nit comb had a day off and infested with eggs again don't waste your money my poor child has been combed so much I'm surprised she has hair left
