I buy these for use during the hot weather to prevent night cramps. Electrolyte drinks are recommended for this purpose. They do work. You just put one tablet into a glass of water and drink as a normal squash or whatever. They come in various flavours this particular one isn't overly flavoured but is better than water alone.

These tablets work exactly as described. They dissolve quickly, taste great without being overly sweet, and provide an excellent hydration boost during the hot summer weather. Highly recommended for daily use or workouts.

Seem to work pretty well, dissolve nicely. Have to assume the electrolyte formula is correct but it tastes OK. I like that it doesn’t have unnecessary vitamins. In the recent hot weather I’ve relied on these tablets after exercise.
