A4 3 mm Thermal Binding Cover - Clear/White (Pack of 100)

The delivery was very quick - I ordered last evening and the delivery came this evening. The binders are of a very good quality and just what I needed - Thank you!

I have a Unibind thermal binding system and they have changed their covers so you now apparently need a crimping device to make their new covers work, therefore you have to purchase a new binding machine at the cost of £300+ Before you do this I can say these PAVO covers are fab and a fraction of the cost. Just keep a steelcrystal cover and pop in in the machine at the same time (I think the steel makes the binder switch the heat on). Wish I had thought of this years ago I would have saved a fortune!

I bought these with the clear intention of cutting them down to A5. I don't know whether it is economies of scale but the less popular A5 format is more expensive not less. Cutting throught the spine is a little difficult but done carefully gives a satisfactory result.Despite being glossy and apparently plastic coated the white margin and back of the cover is not. Any contact with marg or oil will become manifest as oily spots likewise for biscuit crumbs.

Good value, good product, good service

We do a lot of thermal binding, and use both GBC and PAVO. PAVO are often significantly cheaper (particularly for larger sizes) with the advantage of a wider binding edge which helps cover glue leakage if you're using extra glue in your bindings as we do.

Questo tipo di rilegatura non è molto utile per quaderni da consultare costantemente (come per lo studio universitario) perché è più fragile, però con poche pagine la rilegatura fa bene il suo lavoro

L'ho utilizzata con una rilegatrice UNIBIND di tipo recente, che utilizza copertine ad anima metallica L'unica accortezza necessaria è quella di posare sulla piastra scaldante un oggetto di ferro (basta una graffetta metallica!) che faccia accendere la macchina. Soddisfatto dal rapporto qualità/costo.
