The BIG "Little" Gua Sha Book: Learning (and Loving) the Ancient Healing Art of Gua Sha

Interesting history and introduction to the subject but that’s where the good stuff ends.There’s nothing “big” about this book with barely 50 pages to it.I think we can all agree the area we want to use this technique is the face. Well then definitely don’t make the mistake I did with this book. The face isn’t mentioned at all, in fact the highest it goes is the neck!There are a few interesting things it mentions that you could use this for but then doesn’t tell you how to do it!Utterly pointless and definitely not worth the high price tag for such a thin book.

Excellent book for an initiation in the art of gua sha. Easy to read for those familiar with Chinese medicine
